Soft cloth surgical tape I believe. Here’s an Amazon example. 3M Medipore H Soft Cloth Surgical Tape - 4 Wide by 10 yd https://www.amazon.com/dp/B00ZA68A7O/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_api_i_MXjoDb7T3W0HZ
Always better to build one yourself.
Here's mine. Might give you some ideas.
6x6 Med Pouch (Modified with fingernail polish)
Not all of this fits inside the med pouch itself. It's meant for quick access to the critical items.
3M tape is called Medipore. I have the 1" wide roll. When the time comes to get another roll, I'll go with the 2" wide roll. It would help having more overlap.

Hypafix is about the same. The only difference from the 3M Medipore is that the Medipore is perforated and the hypafix, you have to cut it with scissors.

Finally, pink tape. I found it's technically called Hy-tape.
Same thing as far as the width of the roll, 2" is better (imo).

Let me know how things go. I'd like to get back into swimming some more myself. Eventually I'd want to get back to scuba diving, but I'm not sure how well that would work with a wetsuit.
Don't overthink it. Just buy 2" cloth medical tape. But you shouldn't be taping your fingers if you don't have an injury. Won't help anything if your fingers are healthy.

The best tape is Leukotape. Works best combined with tincture of benzoin.
I always keep both in my medical kit, and you can apply it preventatively before you tour too.
That said, the best option is to figure out how to avoid the heel lift that’s causing blisters. Different foot beds, pushing the tongue down before lacing, and playing with how tight you keep your buckles while skinning are a few things you can try.
I had severe/repeated blisters in a pair of ski boots once that was completely resolved by switching from the stock liners to Intuition Pro Tour liners, so that’s another option. Really depends on the situation.
American here, but this is the stuff I use on amazon.ca
Here’s the one I use
3M Nexcare Absolute Waterproof Premium First Aid Tape-5yds https://www.amazon.co.uk/dp/B0096XYQ0M/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_api_i_vgqJDbQGJSYFC
Cloth tape that is water proof is the best kind of tape you should use.

Otherwise if you don't want to use tape you can get a paper towel, tear it into strips, and wet it for use as a grommet. It only gets 1-2 uses per strip but its good if you are just waiting for a grommet to get there.
This Stuff. I'd say fruit them to bulk and most should be fine.
Yeah you can buy some of this stuff from a local pharmacy department. It's a bit stretchy, a bit gummy, and sticks to itself and you can remove it and reapply it. Or buy the white athletic tape.
When it happened to mine, I have read that they might stand back up. I taped them just once instead of waiting and it solved the issue. Took about 4 days.
These came cut in little pieces that fit his ears perfectly.

Hello! Congrats on your upcoming surgery! I also had to buy my own gauze and tape. I used Bandaid Cushion-Care gauze. I folded them up and put them on top of my horizontal incisions as (literally) a cushion. My post op bra compressed the incisions, which caused the most discomfort of the whole ordeal Gauze
I didn’t have any drains and was prepared for my incisions to leak. My plan was to tape those on with tape. Luckily didn’t need to do that, but I have found it helpful to put a small piece over my stitches when they surface to avoid snagging.
I couldn’t wait to get out of my post op bra, so once I got the go ahead I switched from post op bra to hanes. They are amazing. (My surgeon provided post op bras and they were horrendously uncomfortable)
Make sure you have your basics. Advil, Tylenol, stool softener if you’re going to take a heavy duty pain killer. These ice packs we’re very soothing for the first few weeks, just don’t put on top of any incisions.
I was very bored the first week or so. I watched some Netflix. Read a lot of books (if you have a library card check out the Libby app! It may only be in the US though, not sure where you are located) and I did a ton of the archived NYT crossword puzzles.
One other thing, leaving the hospital, I had to get into our truck. It’s a normal truck, but i usually have to hoist myself into it with my arms. That wasn’t going to happen post op, so I brought a step stool! Felt kinda silly, but it worked great! Feel free to PM me with any questions you may have!
This should also do the trick. I normally just use those athletic tape things. Form an x with it and you are good to go. When your chest is not shaved, remove it under water, hurts less.
I casually collect headphones so have a lot of models to compare to. They actually compete well at their price point—there’s a premium for the (very well executed) wireless and obviously don’t buy them if you don’t have an Apple device, but otherwise they sound much better than generic EarPods and on par with other $120+ models I own.
However, it will depend a lot on your ear shape. If they sit well and fill the hole completely they’re surprisingly bassy; if they don’t, they sound much weaker.
The fidelity is actually fairly good compared to my other $150ish headphones. You’ll get good treble and mids regardless of the fit. Isolation is meh but if you get the fit right you can keep the volume low enough they effectively don’t leak and still have them be plenty loud. If they fit poorly they leak as you’ll crank volume to compensate for the lack of any seal.
You can adjust fit. I use little donut shaped foam earbud covers you can buy on Amazon and they sit very well. You can also use Nexcare tape and a hole punch to create little adhesive pads and adjust fit with those. Both ways are compatible with the charging case.
Biggest knock is having to do the DIY fit instead of having proper tips, but they were never sold as IEMs. They’re closer to the Bose sport in-ear headphones that intentionally don’t have a full seal. Once you get past that they are very good daily drivers.
Edit: should acknowledge SoundMagic and others have <$50 wired earphones that sound nearly as good. Cheap models performing at that level are few and far between but do exist. There are also wireless full-size headphones (Backbeat Pro comes right to mind) that blow these away for less money.
However, I definitely haven’t found that kind of bargain performance in wireless earphones I can shove in my pocket as part of EDC and these compete well there.
3M Kind Removal Silicone Tape 1" x 5.5yds (Each), # 2770-1 https://www.amazon.com/dp/B006RNQ0FI/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_awd_7Sg8wbQABSNWC
I'm on mobile so I hope this works, also I'm guessing you're in the US so I used Amazon.com, if not sorry I'm sorry, but at least you can see how it looks. I basically cut the tape in half so it's not too wide, stretch out my wrinkle and tape an x shape over it while keeping it in the stretched out position. This particular tape is hard to find here in France, so I just bought lots of random micropore/microporous medical tapes and most of them work. I find the cheaper ones work better because they are a little less sticky and won't rip off my skin. I also found that they are less flexible and so they are unlikely to move/fold within the wrinkle. Hope that helps!
Another pro tip for keeping stripes on, get some of this tape. It's thin, it's uniform, and it stays on really well.

At least I think it's this stuff.
I forgot exactly what people called them but I searched and found a few options. Any sort of waterproof dressing would work.

I also found this blog which gives another option and reminded me of another problem... Itching. I've never gone past 14 days because by then the itching is too much for me. Also, the tape I use if left on for too long will cause a rash. Of course YMMV but I like to think I don't have overly sensitive skin... http://sixuntilme.com/wp/2013/07/24/keeping-the-dexcom-stuck/
I have exactly the same problem. shrediknight has it right as far as nail care goes, and add some vitamin E in the mix (orally or topically); however, the improvement is subtle and takes time. If you use a plectrum, you can try using tape around your fingertips when you play steel and a little gorilla snot to keep from slipping. If you want, you can use a drop of vaseline on the nail surface to keep the adhesive from sticking when you peel it off. It's a bit of a hassle, but better than shredding your nails. I tried using traditional fingerpicks for finger-style folk, but just can't get the right feel.
Does anyone else use Elastikon? http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B007QH1EB4/ref=oh_aui_search_detailpage?ie=UTF8&psc=1
I haven't used it personally as I train for Powerlifting but I have heard good things about this from a few friends that Weightlift.
i did a shitty patch job but you can make yours look really nice the tape comes in many colors too
amazon link to different color and size
Bummer! Vinegar and maybe see about a dilution of bleach. I don't think bleach has to be very concentrated to still work as an antibacterial, I know people will even do (extremely) dilute bleach baths for some skin conditions.
Another "barrier" thing that occurred to me was 3M silicon tape. My doc told me to use it after surgery. That doesn't help you if the problem is caused by rubbing, of course, but silicon is sterile and inert, so maybe if the mask material itself is the problem, it could help? Just an idea.
Edit: Also, re: using AHA and BHA - both are great! The thing to be aware of is that over-exfoliation can look just like a bad breakout. The internet mostly talks about skin getting shiny and rough, but also, straight-up acne because your skin is dry/weak. I get loose, "bubblewrap" acne if I over-exfoliate! So if you introduce too many things at once, it's pretty much impossible to tell if it's working or making things worse. So if you do introduce AHA/BHA, do it slowly and build, otherwise it's very frustrating!
I buddy tape my left pinky to my left ring finger ever since I broke the pinky in three places one game a year ago. I use thin 1/2 inch medical tape: https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B0058UYALC/ref=oh_aui_search_detailpage?ie=UTF8&th=1
My fingers are sized such that I can tape the middle segment of the pinky to the bottom segment of the ring finger, and the top segment of the pinky to the middle segment of the ring finger, avoiding the knuckle joints of course. I tape in such a way that I can still move my pinky finger and inch or so, but any more than that the tape will stop it. The nature of my injury was that the pinky was pulled out (separated) from the ring finger until it broke, and this setup prevents that from happening again.
It’s medical porous cloth tape. You can buy it at CVS or Amazon. Amazon link
