edit - there are TWO different Joseph's lavash breads - I think one is vegan and the other is not. If it says "All Natural" on it it is vegan, but the one with L-cysteine in the ingredients is not.

I'm still waiting to hear back from Ole regarding their extreme wellness products. Will update when I hear back.

'Against The Grain' makes some completely fucking badass gluten-free rolls if you're in the US and interested! Microwave them and add butter and.....mmm.

I don't know which other allergies you have -- that can complicate things! But I promise after kissing enough GF product frogs you'll find some GF product princes ;)

Can pre make something like these (no bread):

You can also make a breakfast burrito and microwave it in the AM. Eggs, bell pepper, maybe some sausage, green onion, mushroom, and wrap it with something like this. Less carbs and a lot of fiber too! Also has basically the recipe I listed on the back now that I look.

Making sandwich bread is tough. If you aren’t too burdened by a budget, there are several options to buy loves online (Sola Bread comes to mind) and I hear they keep well/toast well from the freezer.

As for baking, I’ve used this recipe with mixed results: Diet Doctor Keto Bread

Personally, I’ve taken to rolling up my sandwich fixings in a leaf of iceberg (or just rolling the meat around the cheese) for convenience. I’ve heard collard greens make a great wrap too though since they’re more flexible!
