I highly recommend The Olympians Series by George O'Connor. It's Greek myths in graphic novel format. There's been 5 published so far and there will be 12 in all.
Also, Robot Dreams by Sara Varon.
Yes, you are correct about the Bibliotheca, but you should remember that the version Photius read was much more complete than our own text. In fact, the epigram you quoted came from the original version but no longer occurs in any of our manuscripts. Sadly, it is incomplete! :(
