edit: should have just posted link: amazon!
I just posted my impressions of this one:

I can definitely recommend it.

This Slappa full-size case works great for me, for the HD-6XX and several other full-size headphones.

The dimpled ones (same amazon listing, different colors) are $4 cheaper, but they're ugly.
or just get one of these
Just letting you guys that this exists for like $13... here.
It can fit the LCD series stuff too though the L connectors kinda protrude out.. It still fits but the HD800 would be a better fit.
This case was recommended to me, and you could not possibly get a snugger fit.
Outer dimensions are listed as 8.8" L – 6" W – 4.3" H. I would't get anything smaller than that.

Slappa this the one I personally use, and I haven't had a problem yet.
Get one of these cases for your next set of headphones. It'll protect them against crushing but not add too much bulk.
Before I begin please know I am not an expert by any means.
I have a small home theater which I finished a couple of months ago. I had the same problem with a ground loop hum. My issue was bars going across my screen and slowly moving up. It was annoying. I did the same as you and unplugged each piece, one at a time until I found the problem connection. It was the coax coming from the wall and into my cable box.
I did a lot of research on this... A LOT of research. Like you, I kept coming back to an item called a ground loop isolator. I found them online with prices ranging from $10 to over $100. All of them said they were the best and not to buy anything else. Was hard to figure out which one to purchase. I ended up going into a small 'mom and pop' family owned electronics store here in town and they told me to get the VSIS-EU Cable TV Ground Loop Isolator. This would solve all my problems.
So I went to amazon and found it for sale. Here is a link to it.
http://www.amazon.com/VSIS-EU-Cable-Ground-Loop-Isolator/dp/B0017I3K9M
I attached it between my wall jack and the cable box. It was perfect. All the bars on the screen were gone and I could not be happier.
As far as the isolator messing up the HD signals, I have seen none of that. Everything is crystal clear and the sound is great.
Keep in mind if you do purchase an isolator, that you will need an extra coax cable and that the isolator has to connect in a specific direction. The item I linked clearly shows which side to connect to the wall and which side to connect towards the cable box/dvr or receiver.
Hope this helps.
Catalyst Premium Quality Waterproof Shock Resistant Case for Apple AirPods (Deep Plum) https://www.amazon.com/dp/B06XKWKD5J/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_api_D5vyzb64R96Z5
this takes the bacon for me...
Like this one ?
As u/jaxtery mentioned here, there are apparently some bundles at the same $79 price point.
Here are all the ATH-m40x bundle deals @ $79 I could find:
-Audio-Technica ATH-M40x + Slappa Full Sized HardBody PRO Headphone Case (SL-HP-99)
-Audio Technica M40x Deluxe Bundle (w/in-line mic)
-Audio-Technica ATH-M40x Professional Monitor Headphones (Black) + Tekline Active Replacement Cable
e: I cancelled my initial order for just the headphones and ordered the case combo.
Here is the case, runs for $19.95 alone.
There is a Sennheiser brand one for the MB660s (exact same shape as the 550s) but from my cursory look I'm not entirely sure where to actually buy one. I have seen some recommendations for this Geekria brand one which is available from Amazon.
being wireless, you'd be better off leaving it in a case.

If you really want a stand, make sure the lenses are facing the wall and not a window. People have had fires start because of the sun shining through the lenses when it wasn't in use.
Elago makes some good AirPod cases. This is the one that I use.
I pulled up my order history and it's been four years since I bought them. I carry them back and forth to work with me daily, and they've held up just fine. The cushion material has not worn, and they still feel and sound perfect. I do keep them in a case when I am not listening to them. It's an inexpensive case I got at Amazon as well:
https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B00R2M6GMU/ref=oh_aui_search_detailpage?ie=UTF8&psc=1
Not to shamelessly plug Amazon further, but I have never had a problem returning anything I have purchased there if I wasn't satisfied. Everyone's ears are different.
I hated carrying an extra item in my pocket too, even my keys. So I've been using a carabiner clip to hold my keys for a while now. Once I got the AirPods, I ended up buying this below:
Qladcase for AirPods Hard Carrying Case, Compact Earbuds Holder MP3 Bluetooth iPod Earphones Earbuds Apple Headphones, Zipper Enclosure Mesh Mini Pocket Perfect for Accessories (Black/Red)
https://www.amazon.com/dp/B01MYLR8QS/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_api_YqJJzb8GMGTJS
It has its own carabiner attached to the case, and I just have it clipped with my keys, and this helps limit my pockets to just my iPhone and slim wallet card case.
I got these
https://www.amazon.com/PodSkinz-AirPods-Protective-Silicone-Charging/dp/B01NCZ586V/ref=sr_1_2?ie=UTF8&qid=1493657992&sr=8-2&keywords=podskinz%2Bairpod%2Bcase&th=1
I got them in black and i love them. They get a little lint in your pocket but other than that they work flawlessly
I've got something like this:
https://www.amazon.co.uk/dp/B01LPQXXQU/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_apa_Wg6IBbBHMXE0V
You can have a look at our Easyworld case cover Easyworld case cover for AirPods ProMany colors to offer, highly recommended by our customers
You could also buy the wireless charging case for the case:
https://www.amazon.com/NeotrixQI-Wireless-Charging-Protective-Compatible/dp/B07FVWBYVV
Get the lens. It's one of the best value lenses for the M43 system. It's an easy recommend regardless of what direction you wanna take your videography. Oh and if you want a case for cheap so you can throw your G7 in your luggage or backpack or whatever:
Case Star ® Black Color Lightweight Heart-shaped Protective Carrying EVA Hard Headphone Case Storage Bag for Sony MDR7506 Professional Large Diaphragm Headphone with Case Star Black Color Drawstring Carrying Pouch https://www.amazon.com/dp/B00R2M6GMU/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_apa_pjW0AbA3Z8Y79
It's for headphones, but happens to fit the G7 perfectly with a small lens attached.
I use this one. Its great. I got the transparent one but there are other choices. It also prevents the airpods case from sliding off while chargin and stuff.
PodSkinz AirPods Case Protective Silicone Cover and Skin for Apple Airpods (Clear) https://www.amazon.com/dp/B01N5SHLOX/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_api_qLqGAbSFT872F
Qladcase for AirPods Hard Carrying Case, Compact Earbuds Holder MP3 Bluetooth iPod Earphones Earbuds Apple Headphones, Zipper Enclosure Mesh Mini Pocket Perfect for Accessories (Black/Red) https://www.amazon.com/dp/B01MYLR8QS/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_api_EAUpzbR4N9T4D
I have this case and I'm pretty sure I can fit a Tile in there. I have my case at home so I'll try it once I get home.
I have airpods and pretty much whenever I take them out of my ears, I put them directly back into their battery case. To avoid losing the 'floss box' I bought one of these and keep them clipped to either my belt-loop or my backpack. The Catalyst case has a very sure grip and swinging hard with it peeled back won't let the Airpod case budge even a bit.
I know it seems silly when most ear buds are like 10 dollars, but something like [this] (http://www.amazon.com/Digital-Innovations-Nest-Earbud-Case/dp/B00CBKBD44?th=1&psc=1) keeps them in good shape for a long time.
I had Time Warner's "Road Runner" in both Rochester and Albany and I only had a few outages ever; and I lived in a total of 4 different apartments/houses that had it. It was only 15Mbps, but for the most part, they "just worked".
I moved to Redmond, Wa 3 years ago and the Comcast I have here is faster, but recently there's been an outage every week or two. And there's no excuse for it because the weather is extremely tame here.
Not only that, the Comcast cable installed in my apartment created an infuriating ground loop which injected very strong audio/video interference into my whole entertainment system as soon as you attach the cable line (the issue would spread via shields on other cables, such as HDMI cords, to every single device that was attached). As an audiophile, drove me crazy. Those fancy "Home theater" power cleaning devices didn't help at all. Comcast came out but couldn't/wouldn't fix it, claiming it wasn't their problem. Fortunately, I discovered that if I attach a "Ground Loop Isolator" (Amazon sells them) to the cable line, then the problem goes away. But no one is willing to fix the root issue with my apartment's electrical/cable grounding disparity.
And finally, Comcast makes the most infuriating use of deferred price hikes ever. They jack up various prices after 6 months, 1 year, and after 2 years, using every trick in the book to pull this off, even annoying free trials. And they always get me for a month or two because I am extremely overworked and don't have time to deal with their shit as early as I should. Once you do call them, they'll knock your prices back down, but with various new countdowns until a new price hike.

Try measuring your headphones to see if this fits.
Headphone/gun/camera/whatever case with foam inside you cut to the shape of your controller
I've seen people at locals with these. The one I linked is probably too big and too expensive, but thats the idea.
https://www.amazon.com/dp/B01CVT9FQC/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_apa_i_312gDbC7AP4VB
I suggest getting this airpods case. https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B01N5SHLOX/ref=oh_aui_detailpage_o05_s01?ie=UTF8&psc=1
I had my airpods slipping out of my pockets quite frequently but this case has helped that.
Geekria Headphone Case
This case offers solid protection and can fit the accessories for the PXC 550 as well. For me, it's perfect for commuting and travel.
What about on Amazon? Does this link work: http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B01NCZ586V/ref=ox_sc_act_title_3?smid=A244VGG23RGQ9S&th=1
Weird question but not sure where I should post it. I'm looking for a headphone case that won't squeeze my headphones. Right now I have a pair of Sennheiser 598Cs with this case. When I put them away though, it squeeze the headphones a little from the shape they take when they're on my head. I'm worried that constantly doing this will wear out the band quickly and cause them to break. Any advice?
not exactly on topic but I have found that storing with the nest http://www.amazon.com/Nest-Earbud-Earphone-Protector-Winder/dp/B0096JQ4FQ/ref=sr_1_1?ie=UTF8&qid=1381168434&sr=8-1&keywords=nest+headphones really makes headphones last longer.
I use this one https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B01NCZ586V/
It does pick up pocket lint to you have to clean it out occasionally, but it has protected my AirPods just fine for two years. Tip: Put them in so the lid is backward from the flap or put them in upside down. That helps the silicone lid flap stay closed.
Thanks man :)
It came with this case
https://www.amazon.com/gp/aw/d/B00L77JNHQ?psc=1&ref=ppx_pop_mob_b_pd_title
Likely the easiest way to replace it would be to purchase a new one. After a quick Google search I found these links. Both platforms appear to have more than one listing for compatible cases. Does this help?

Those aren't painted. Looks like a silicone case from amazon. In fact I think this is the case in the picture.
I believe this one fits the T50
http://www.amazon.com/Sentey-GS-1401-Universal-Headset-Carrying/dp/B00I4XZ0S2/ref=sr_1_8?s=electronics&ie=UTF8&qid=1458110925&sr=1-8&keywords=headphone+case
Try a headphone case like this one. They're roomy and are more than enough protection if you throw them in a backpack. http://www.amazon.com/Brainwavz-Large-Hard-Headphone-Case/dp/B00HPPI0W8/
Slappa Full-Sized Duro-Shock xEVA HardBody Ballistic Nylon PRO Headphone Case with Ultimate Protection SL-HP-99 https://www.amazon.com/dp/B075S1HDJQ/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_apa_nNTNBbRADQKRY
Apparently it's only worth $20 NiB (which mine is), lol. It's not really in my favor to try to sell this at <$19, between shipping cost and PP fees. Welp, nvm!
There are more general cases that do the job for a range of headphones like these:
https://www.amazon.co.uk/DN8PRO-XL-carrying-Audeze-Sennheiser-Headphones-GRIP-TECH-Black/dp/B01CVT9FQC/ref=sr_1_1_sspa?ie=UTF8&qid=1537736898&sr=8-1-spons&keywords=AKG+K553+case&psc=1#HLCXComparisonWidget_feature_div

I recently bought the M50x's, but am worried about transporting them in my bag to, from, and around campus. I have looked online and only found the Slappa cases, but this one seems a bit small like it may bend the headband. The other one, this one, which seems a little excessive in size considering that the m50x can fold up. I would be busing and carrying them in my backpack. Any suggestions?
How about this case?
I have the AirPod 1 and wanted wireless charging. I bought a 3P wireless charging case for $12+, which I think for the convenience, it’s super worth it. The only downside is you lose the female lightning port (the 3P wireless case uses it) and you can’t use fancy AirPod case covers. I also have a Qi charging stand for my phone so this 3P charging case can also charge on it.
NeotrixQI A5-W Wireless Charging Case Protective Cover Compatible for Apple AirPods Case and Any Qi Wireless Charger - White, 1-Pack https://www.amazon.com/dp/B07FVWBYVV/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_api_i_SMJODbP12DAR9
I got this one on Amazon. Not super fancy but durable and fits the Dac/amp, cables, etc. and easily fits in a backpack.
The brand I guess is Easyworld, here is the link:
https://www.amazon.com/Easyworld-Compatible-AirPods-Silicone-Protective/dp/B07ZZ5QX3S/ref=sr_1_1?keywords=airpods+pro+case&qid=1573460982&sr=8-1
Yea my coworker also got one from ESR, cuz their covers were only available when Airpods Pro was released. same problem, the lid cover comes off. cannot stay. Mine so far is pretty good. fits very well. Probably will get a black one for my boyfriend.
Dude you need the silicone case for your air pods! https://www.amazon.com/dp/B072TZVVDH?ref=yo_pop_ma_swf
Just in case anyone finds this post while searching for similar info, I ended up buying this case and it's fantastic:
https://www.amazon.ca/DN8PRO-XL-Audeze-Sennheiser-headphones-GRIP-TECH/dp/B01CVT9FQC
For a stand, I use a 3M Command hook that I bought at Walmart and have stuck on the wall beside my desk. Is it pretty? No. But who cares? 6 bucks on Amazon
As for a case, what is "nicely priced"? How about this one? Just $28
Did you notice any issues with the picture quality? I haven't received it quite yet, but I've heard some complaints that certain features (On-Demand, DVR, some channels) don't work well after it is installed. I ended up ordering this one, if that matters:
http://www.amazon.com/Viewsonics-VSIS-EU-Cable-Ground-Isolator/dp/B0017I3K9M/ref=sr_1_1?ie=UTF8&qid=1451511010&sr=8-1&keywords=cable+tv+ground+loop+isolator
I use this. Its a cool little case for headphones. It's always better to keep your headphones in a case to keep from damaging the cables (and avoiding the tangles). Really easy to put them away.
TBH something like this would be better because the one I have is made out of shitty cheap plastic and is falling apart, and also earbuds with inline remotes don't fit, and neither does anything larger than the holes.
I like the soft, silicone shape of this. It works super well for the price and protects earbuds in addition to keeping them from being tangled. It's more fun to use than wrapping the cord around a little stick or your finger.
drumroll... https://www.amazon.com/Catalyst-FBA_CATAPDPPL-Premium-Waterproof-Resistant/dp/B06XKWKD5J
