There is a Disney wedding song CD out there. It has orchestrated versions of Disney movie songs https://www.amazon.com/Disneys-Fairy-Tale-Weddings-Instrumental/dp/B0007TKH0W
A few to consider, some more affordable than others:
If you need anything more specific than that, let me know and I'll try to recommend something.
If you have a look in the "Customers Who Bought This Item Also Bought" section for any of these, you'll find many more.
Bing Crosby - Merry Christmas
https://www.amazon.com/dp/B00MP2JIVI/
Well you've already got my favourite one :P but for the sake of variety, try some of these (not all of them are ALL jazz, but I would say they're all 'jazzy'):
Baby it's Cold Outside
Boogie Woogie Christmas
Christmas with the Rat Pack
Have Yourself a Jazzy Little Christmas
A Jazz Christmas
Jazz for Joy: A Verve Christmas Album
Jazz to the World: A Christmas Collection
Merry Mixmas (one of my other favorites - most of them are originally jazzy, but were remixed)
EDIT: Formatting.
Have a Twisted Christmas. :p
Just a taste of the hilarity: Heavy Metal Christmas
The whole "Jazz For Joy" Verve Christmas album is terrific. Shirley Horn's take on "The Christmas Song" alone is worth the cost of the whole album. When I looked up the link, I noticed it's only five bucks on Amazon in the U.S.
Phil Spector's
I have it on: Vinyl, CD and MP3. Can't ever get enough.
They seem to be going for stupid cash. Rip those discs to FLAC's and make a car payment or two.
I have been on a retro Christmas album kick. Recently grabbed:
Christmas With The Chipmunks
Dr. Seuss' How The Grinch Stole Christmas!
A Charlie Brown Christmas
Christmas Gift for You
Merry Christmas
The Hi-Fi will be full of Christmas cheer this holiday season.
I actually found it on Amazon and they have a few left in stock!
https://www.amazon.com/Stardew-Valley-Complete-4XLP-Vinyl/dp/B07MKLGY3K/ref=mp_s_a_1_19?crid=HJPZEL98Z9KJ&keywords=stardew+valley&qid=1556748580&s=gateway&sprefix=stardew&sr=8-19
Worth every penny!
A lot depends on what she already has/doesn't have in her Peanuts collection but I think:
This is a beautiful book for the ultimate Peanuts fan. This book is also a nice gem for collectors
And of course A Charlie Brown Christmas is always a nice stocking stuffer
And if she hasn't seen it yet, take her out to see the new Peanuts movie!
It’s back
A Christmas Album https://www.amazon.com/dp/B00EW1GNKE/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_api_i_lt2IDbFT1ZG3Q
I think you are looking for this... Roy Hargrove, Christian McBride, Nic Payton + female vocalists Abbey Lincoln, Shirley Horn and Betty Carter.
Jazz for Joy: A Verve Christmas Album
Fave Albums
Coughs...Ahem...Coughs again
In no particular order, my favorite Christmas albums are:
I love Ella Wishes You a Swinging Christmas and Louis Armstrong & Friends' "What A Wonderful Christmas" album, which has his wonderful, happy-making "Christmas In New Orleans" on it. ETA: Also, if you like New Orleans style jazz, I recommend Irvin Mayfield's new Christmas album, which is pretty great.
I'm quite partial to Harry Connick jr. He has a decent christmas album. There's something about his voice that I find quite soothing,
A sample from Los Straitjackets's Christmas album.
Michael Bolton's Christmas album is surprisingly good (as is his live show - remember he was in a hair metal band in the 80s and early 90s before becoming a balladeer. The man can SHRED a guitar).
Frank Sinatra
Vince Guaraldi
Stevie Wonder
Elvis
Johnny Cash
Louis Armstrong
Oscar Peterson
Even Bob Schneider, though I don't recommend paying over $20 for the few songs that cd has on it.
Lastly, my absolute favorite Christmas 'song,' by Cary Grant. Enjoy and share. Here's the Amazon link
Same, like how Stardew Valley did a limited edition pressing

Why yes, I am a bot. I've been requested to comment in this subreddit.
Please let me know if I made a mistake!
A powerful Queen.

This is the re-release of Disney by Candlelight. I think you may find it appropriate.
That DG set looks awesome. Might have to be a Christmas present this year.
Some of my favorites are the EMI Elgar and Vaughan Williams sets, the Stravinsky collected works, and the big RCA Toscanini set.

If your'e feeling jazzy, B3 organ master Jimmy Smith's Christmas Cookin', from 1964, has been a favorite of mine for many years. It absolutely smokes.
In that same vein, An Oscar Peterson Christmas is pretty damn fine, too.
This is probably the greatest Christmas album ever.
Evidence: Christmas (Baby Please Come Home) - Darlene Love
Oscar Peterson. Its nice and soothing. Nothing ground-breaking, but solid.

Here's a few songs I recommend:
As for a non-traditional full Christmas album, perhaps:
Reverend Horton Heat's "We Three Kings": http://www.amazon.com/Three-Kings-Reverend-Horton-Heat/dp/B000ARWIJO
Bing Crosby's White Christmas
James Taylor's Christmas Album
Johnny Mathis' Christmas Album
All 'Must-Haves' IMO
Please check out Herb Alpert and the Tijuana Brass' Christmas Album, http://www.amazon.com/Christmas-Album-Alpert-Tijuana-Brass/dp/B000BC8T6O. It's our go to X-mas album.
[Erran Baron Cohen Presents: Songs In The Key Of Hanukkah] (http://www.amazon.com/Erran-Baron-Cohen-Presents-Hanukkah/dp/B001FZ0AAY/ref=sr_1_1?ie=UTF8&qid=1418852661&sr=8-1&keywords=baron+cohen+hanukkah)
reminds me a bit of Zohar ...band featuring Erran Baron Cohen (yes, brother of Sasha).
