Migraines are a symptom of heavy metal poisoning. I've begun to have this issue after 2 years of kratom use. I would suggest stopping immediately, with a taper to avoid bad withdrawals. Who knows what ends up in this powder from 3rd world countries.

I just got over a migraine that was every day for 2.5 weeks, then continuous for the last 7 of those days. Awful. I ordered a metal hair test from amazon. I'll get back to you on the results.

You really have nothing to worry about. Although the fact the guys thought they were HIV negative means nothing (people often have no symptoms for a time and tests are not 100% accurate), you actually had safe sex. It would be extremely unlikely you caught HIV, although other less dangerous STDs are possible. HPV for example is extremely common. If I were you I would get the HPV vaccine just to prevent infection. As adults, the majority of gay men actually have HPV and some get warts from it and are at greater risk of contracting anal cancer. Check if you can get the vaccine at a chain store chemist or pharmacy. If not try any community health clinic. You can buy an HIV test kit online at Amazon for example. As you said though, wait 6 months for the HIV test so it is more accurate.
