Nah, I wouldn't worry about the drinking water part--you'll likely be using with a hose that isn't for potable water anyway.

I saw on that Amazon page one of the "sponsored" links to a nozzle that's more like the commercial ones, and it has a swivel on the hose connection. It's a lot more expensive, but not as much as the unit preferred by breweries. But the one you linked looks fine. I'd still get a quick disconnect for it, so it can swivel on the hose. Or use a threaded swivel adapter on the hose.
