And here's my idea for one that I posted in the same thread. I'll leave the disclaimer cause it's funny.

Here's my crazy idea, cause imma be real I'm pretty fucked up right now, so let's go:

What you need, this can all be found online, in a hardware store, and at your house:

  1. Mason jar
  2. Cigarette lighter
  3. 9v or 12v power supply
  4. Ceramic crucible
  5. A silicone pad for a dome/cap
  6. A very long dab tool
  7. Vinyl tubing
  8. Latex tubing
  9. Thick glue (like aquarium safe silicone caulking)
  10. Thin glue (like super glue)
  11. Brass hose barb (with a hose fitting size to match the inner diameter of your vinyl tubing).

    Steps:

  12. To choose the vinyl tubing size, find some that fits in the joint of your bong. If you have a male joint, find tubing that fits over or in it; if you have a female joint, find tubing that fits inside it. There will be a size that works.
  13. Now that you have your tubing, cut a short (3-4 inch), section of the vinyl tubing. Take the latex tubing, wrap it in tape of some sort to make its outer diameter the same as the inner diameter of the vinyl tubing. Add thin glue to the whole wrapping and press it into the vinyl tubing and let it dry. Optionally, add thick glue to the outside to ensure it won't leak.
  14. If you don't have a hose barb, drill a hole in one side of the lid of the mason jar big enough for the vinyl tubing, then glue it in place with some of the thicker glue.
    If you have a hose barb, drill a hole in one side of the mason jar lid big enough to screw the hose barb into. Screw the hose barb into it, and attach the latex tubing to the other side (or wait to do that until you finished the rest of the project).
  15. Get the cigarette lighter, extract just the coil, connect the two contacts to speaker wire leads, with enough stripped distance to not melt.
  16. Drill a hole (or two) in the mason jar lid at the opposite side from the first hole for the wires and run them through the hole(s).
  17. Glue down the ceramic crucible in the center inside of the mason jar.
  18. Drill or cut as big of a hole as you can fit in the top of the jar to allow you to use the dab tool through it.
  19. Run the wires for the cigarette lighter coil in through the lid and glue them in place so the coil rests right on the crucible, centered on it.
  20. Test that the coil heats up to at least a dim red and doesn't melt its own wires.
  21. With the wires and hose barb in place, cut (with scissors, a razor or tin snips) a piece of the silicone pad in this shape, to act as a cover (like a carb cap).

    That's it! In order to set it up, connect the latex tube to the hose barb if you haven't already (and if that's how you built yours), screw the mason jar lid on to the mason jar and dab away!

    In order to dab, get your wax on your dab tool and your silicone pad ready. Heat up the coil to red hot, then turn it off. Get ready with the dab and let it cool. As soon as it's just barely red, start to inhale and dab it. As soon as the dab tool is clean, cap it with the silicone pad and clear as normal.

    Make sure to take some pictures and tell me how it works!

    Glue the vinyl tubing into the female side with some of the thicker glue, instead of just sticking it onto/into your bong. Now the whole thing attaches with glass-on-glass action!
