Do not deface private property!

It would be illegal to buy sticker paper online- that can be used in any household printer (kind of like this)- and make a hi-res version of this image (kind of like this one I made) and print out as many stickers as you have ink and put them up in public areas where people might actually see them! Don't do it!

And especially don't use a version (like this one) that is easier on your printer ink!

These Timeskey NFC Stickers from Amazon
work flawlessly with the latest iOS beta.

I use them to Airplay my currently playing music directly to my Apple TV when I get home and scan it.

u/CondescendingCracka · 41 pointsr/shortcuts

I bought cheap ones on amazon that work well. Here ya go

I bought these.

Badge reel

3 Card Holder

I use my own Lanyard rather the one that came with the badge holder. I just clip the reel to my Lanyard and put the badge holder on the reel.

Here's the comment I linked to.

I made a DND amiibo! (...well kind of). One of my DnD groups plays online on roll20.net, and I've been itching to print them their characters since I bought my 3D printer.

I decided since the minis couldnt be used on an actual table to make them a little bigger (okay a lot bigger) and more interesting by adding an NFC sticker to the bottom that opens their character sheets when tapped on their phones!

Here is Rei, my first attempt showing how it works! Also included in this video is one of my cats - who was super mad that I wanted to demo a figure over petting her.

I plan to take more pics tonight, but let me know what you think!! (You can also set the NFC tag to open discord, roll20, or to even roll a d20)

> E2: Also, no stickers. I'm going to have to sign up to work the polling place next time if that's what it takes to get stickers!

I bought my own on Amazon and delivered it to my polling place this morning. It's about $20 for 1000 stickers.

When I brought them in, everyone was so excited. I think at first they thought I was some sort of sticker official! : )

My girlfriend and I are huge fans, so I decided to surprise her with this. Along with this, many of the presents I got her were Lost-related. She loved it all!

In case anyone is interested, there are [dharma food labels] (http://maxpictures.com/weblog/2007/04/10/lost-labels-for-your-dharma-initiative-needs/) you can download. I printed them on this [label paper.] (http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B005ZXCWFI?psc=1&redirect=true&ref_=oh_aui_detailpage_o02_s00)

Of course, the Milk chocolate bars were regular Hershey bars.

The cheese crackers were a box of Cheez-its

The beer six pack was a combo of 'Blue Moons' and 'Not Your Father's Rootbeer.'

Oh, and the cookies in the second pic were just snickerdoodles I baked (unrelated to Lost).

If a stalker tries to contact you 100 times, and you respond after the 100th attempt, regardless of the nature of your response all the stalker has learned is that it takes 100 contact attempts to get your response.

A suggestion! Get yourself the following two stamps:

  1. "RETURN TO SENDER"
  2. "NOT AT THIS ADDRESS"

...and an ink pad. Stamp all mail from Woeful Wendy with those stamps going forward.

The benefits of the stamps are:

  3. Returned mail won't have the handwriting of any family member on it (which inadvertently confirms to WW that you know you're getting mail from her)
  4. The stamps will look vaguely official (like the mail is perhaps being marked that way by the post office)

Hopefully the cumulative impression will be that you and your family have relocated, leaving WW with no idea where you're at now.

Strangely, no one actually pointed you to what you asked for: a retractable keychain.

u/AuthorX · 9 pointsr/FATErpg

There's no boxed set for Fate and the only thing you really need are dice, but there are a some things that can be helpful:

  • Index cards and a sharpie or dry-erase cards and a dry-erase marker, for writing aspects

  • Either dice or a deck of Fate, the deck lets you draw a card and tells you the result with the same probability as rolling four Fate dice (if you reshuffle after every draw - the probabilities won't be affected much by a couple of draws in a row, though). There's even an official app you could get instead, which can simulate the deck or dice rolls.

  • Some kind of token for Fate Points. They sell Fate Point Coins but you could also get a bunch of glass beads from a game or crafts store, or poker chips.

You may even want to get two colours of fate points so you can distinguish between player and GM points (instead of drawing checkboxes like they do in the video, I put a fate point on the card to indicate free invokes - that's when it's useful to keep track of which is for whom).

amazon NFC stickers

u/Moon_Devonshire · 8 pointsr/zelda

My bad haha. Idk why I said best buy. I meant eBay. But nfc tags are basically what's in the ammibo that allows you to scan the items into your game. These ones work perfect for the switch. https://www.amazon.com/NTAG215-NFC-Stickers-Guaranteed-Perfectly/dp/B071KTC2J6/ref=mp_s_a_1_3?keywords=nfc+215&qid=1571801287&sprefix=nfc&sr=8-3 and then follow this video on how to turn these nfc tags into "amiibos" https://youtu.be/Yy34n45mzBo you need to have a phone with an nfc scanner tho. Which iPhones do not have to my knowledge. So yeah just follow that video and if you buy some nfc tags I highly recommend the Amazon link.

u/ComicBookNerd · 7 pointsr/FATErpg

I also want to touch upon something else you mentioned. You said you were having trouble keeping track of zones and aspects.

I use a standard grid battle mat to draw out the rough area and divide it into zones. We use figurines or markers like we would in Pathfinder and D&D, we just don't have to worry about the individual squares.

For board aspects, I use index cards, sticky notes, or - my personal favorite - wet erase cards and place them directly on the map/table. If the aspect has a free invoke, I place a fate point directly on it. When it is used, the player picks it up off the card and hands it back to me.

Here is a blog post I wrote with some Fate materials that may help you.

u/calladus · 7 pointsr/raisedbynarcissists

For less than $10 you could solve this. "Return to Sender" stamp.

This way, you don't have to expend any energy thinking about it, and your narcissist won't get the satisfaction of seeing your handwriting on the envelope to know that you've been "pinged".

If you are just doing this split, go with USPS flat-rate.

Also, DO NOT trust the self-adhesive, use tape to ensure a good seal.

If you are planning on truly getting in on the box split game.

This is what I have:

  • Scale
  • Small boxes
  • Large boxes - Whatever I find, mostly reuse Amazon boxes
  • Labels - I will be moving to a this in the near future.

    I mostly ship First Class.

I have this one from Amazon and highly recommend it. They have other sizes that I would assume have more tension, but the smallest one should work for you:

Hey. It does suck sort of. There are ways around it.

Here is a LINK to Amazon.com for buying NFC(near-field communication) tags. $13USD.

Here is a link to the amiibo repository to download the files for all the zelda Amiibos up to this point

here is a link to a program for android phones called TagMo which can read and write NFC tags

NFC tags are used in phone cards, amiibos, other crap probably.

What you want to do is buy the tags, and find something to put them in. some people put them in coin cases, some people put them on toys. I didn't think mine through. I put some on my OLD Nintendo DS Lite, I put the ones for baddies on my old Xbox 360 controller where the cord is broken. Some went on toys and some went on video game cases.

Copy the files in the .rar(Use 7zip to unrar them on windows, its free and open source) and pop them in the root of your phones storage or a toplevel folder like /amiibos or /games, whatever, doesn't matter, but make it easy.

Use TagMo to load a file and then take a tag, ONE AT A TIME, DONT WANT TO FUCK THEM UP, and write them to the tag. take your time and dont rush this. You CAN fuck them up but if you go slow you'll be fiiiine.

You may need to search on your phjone for the NFC reader, phones have them in different places probbaly.

Tap the tag to the phone, write it, and then scan it using the amiibo rune. voila. Free ancient parts, free shiek mask.

Its not technically illegal I think but hey when you're able, when you got cash, buy an Amiibo or two. They're not really expensive but to get ALL of them is definitely expensive.

Let me know if anyone has any questions. I WILL GLADLY TAKE YOUR THANKS FOR SPREADING THE WORD **BUT ALL CREDIT SHOULD GO TO THIS POST RIGHT HERE**

u/jalidonfox · 6 pointsr/EDC

try this it has a metal chain instead of a string

Here's a thought- get a stamp like this:

http://www.amazon.com/RETURN-SENDER-Inking-Rubber-Stamp/dp/B003P5MFP0/ref=sr_1_1?ie=UTF8&qid=1426617642&sr=8-1&keywords=return+to+sender+stamp

In other words, don't hand-write "return to sender". Just stamp it, impersonal, and send it back. You can also block texts if you like.

And may you have a legitimately awesome birthday.

u/gandothesly · 5 pointsr/FATErpg

I use these reusable washable Blank PVC Plastic Cards for Photo ID card Printers.

I use extra fine tipped wet erase markers. When the game session is over, I keep all cards with aspects needed for the next session. I rinse the other used card's ink off in the sink and dry in the dish rack.

I use different colors for different aspect types.

I start mooks and most NPCs "character sheet" on one or two of these cards. Once we are sure a character will be around a while, I transfer them to paper.

Since you didn’t purchase through SilencerShop, disregard them and anything you did through them.

So you purchased your can and it’s at your dealer or on its way. When it arrives, get the Serial Number and use this Form 4 guide. It might help if you get your FFL/SOT’s info. If you don’t have it, fill out all the info you can on the Form 4 generator.

Filing as a trust? If you have have a Trust, make a copy. If not, I recommend purchasing one from National Gun Trusts. Familiarize yourself with it and get it notarized. Ask questions! Their customer service is very helpful. Make a copy of your notarized trust.

Get two passport photos. You can go to Walgreens. It might behoove you scan a copy on your computer for e-files/SilencerShop purchases and if you have a color printer, making your own copies. If you have other people in your Trust, two copies of their photos.

If filing as a trust, you’ll need to fill out the 5320.23 for yourself and anybody on the trust.

Fingerprints cards: two for you and two for each person on your trust. I recommend ordering some from here, for free. As well as an ink pad from here. The first link has a guide for completing the cards.

National Gun Trusts is my go to for completing any ATF forms and applications.

Anything that has like a spring that pulls back the line can work. ive seen people use those retractable lanyards or retractable dog leashes

Just a hook wouldnt work as the point is that the device "feeds you" cable when needed and takes it back when you dont.

I bought these:

https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B01M6EB8DM/ref=oh_aui_detailpage_o00_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1

Also, Here is a sketch of my play area, and you can see where i put the hooks.

https://i.imgur.com/tfzMhYZ.png

Also if you get the DAS (which i strongly recommend) here is a couple of pics on how i setted up the cables on the headset itself (just make sure they come out the back)

https://i.imgur.com/GDN03Tf.jpg

And just in case you decide to get the ceiling cable management i posted, i found out that doubling or tripling the retractable hooks gave me more freedom of movement, basically i feel the cable pulling me way less with more than 1 hook, like so: https://i.imgur.com/3sATB80.jpg

Also, if you use the ceiling things, id recommend cutting a couple of "stoppers" out of cardboard, these helped me A LOT because from time to time the hooks would join up, or change places and make it unconfortable, these "limits" fixed that by limiting where the hook movements.

You can print the FD-258 fingerprint form on some light cardstock (example-- you can find smaller packs in most arts & crafts sections of stores) and do your fingerprints yourself. There are instructions included with the form that tell you how to take your fingerprints.

I used an inkless pad (like this) to do mine and sent multiple sets just in case the prints weren't quite right. I included a cover letter along with my confirmation printout stating that I was only requesting one report and including extra sets of fingerprints for the aforementioned reason.

NTA It's not about $500, it's about terrible betrayal.

Try one of these: https://www.amazon.com/Return-Sender-Inking-Rubber-Stamp/dp/B003P5MFP0

u/wineduptoy · 3 pointsr/winemaking

Hm. I work at a winery and every once in a while we get custom labels for people that say things like "Happy Holidays from the Smiths" etc. For 25 bottles, I would definitely recommend Etsy. There are lots of sellers.

Designing is a little harder. You can look around and see if there's an Etsy seller with a design you like? Most will customize. Paying anyone a design fee for 25 bottles seems like it wouldn't be worth it.

In a pinch, we've also printed our own with something like this: https://www.amazon.com/Blank-Full-Sheet-Vinyl-Labels/dp/B01FKXOJOY/ref=sr_1_1?ie=UTF8&qid=1468475384&sr=8-1&keywords=blank+wine+label
If you don't have a printer that will work, you can often bring your own paper to a print store and they'll do it.

Good luck!

I did my own prints recently for a form 1 and was approved. I bought this Lee Inkless FingerPrint Pad (S03027) https://www.amazon.com/dp/B001HA4PJ4/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_api_w5s-zb98HEGBD. It works well and you just need to practice on some blank paper before you do it on the actual cards. Make sure not to smudge and good luck!

I bought 4 color changing bulbs and change the lighting to fit the scene (purples and greens for a fungus cave, greens and blues for forests, etc.) These can also be used outside of gaming!

I also have lap white boards to track all kinds of things during the game. I give one to a player to track initiative and use one for tracking monster HP. Other players use them to track various things as well and they can be used as modular maps in a pinch.

Similarly I got these blank ID cards because they're actually dry erase! They aren't super useful compared to the mini white boards, I end up using them for MTG instead.

A 1-inch hole punch can be used to create super cheap tokens (print monster faces on card stock.)

I did use the fingerprint card holder here https://www.amazon.com/dp/B0050AM5US which made a world of difference to keep it still and isolate each group.

u/Semper1371 · 3 pointsr/NFA

Not OP, but this is the one I ordered and I have been approved by ATF with prints sent using this ink. It’s small so you can only do one finger at a time so the last “all finger” boxes can be tricky if you’re slow as molasses.

Also order your FD258s from the ATF. Order a few dozen to practice with and ensure you’re getting something out of that $200 infringement tax stamp.

u/cawpin · 3 pointsr/NFA

Got this

https://www.amazon.com/ExcelMark-Inkless-Thumbprint-Pad-Fingerprint/dp/B0043GF5H0/ref=sr_1_1_sspa?keywords=Inkless+fingerprint&qid=1557798862&s=gateway&sr=8-1-spons&psc=1

And then of course the free cards from the ATF.

Practiced on another piece of paper a few times and then rolled out 2 cards.

My local PD will print them for $10 each but this is much more convenient and of course cost effective

u/easy2memorize · 3 pointsr/beyondthebump

I do sharpie on the tag too, unless there is no tag. Then I use these labels.

u/werelock · 3 pointsr/raspberry_pi
  1. Purchase Full sheet label paper
  2. Shorten each project title to 13 characters or less
  3. Use new names to generate Micro QR Codes
  4. Print all of them, two of each.
  5. Put relevant one on each memory card
  6. Put matching one in a case for the rest of the collection, along with your written description of the project.

I'd combine this approach with /u/Captainjbao card holder in maybe an index card box or a tin of some sort to put multiple holders within. You could organize the cards within each holder and put a QR code on the holder describing the set. Or even print a proper label either in the center of it or in that top left corner. This would allow you to store potentially dozens if not a hundreds of cards in a single box.
u/norabw · 3 pointsr/workingmoms

Send three backup clothes. Send the sleepsack. Our daycare specifically prohibits bringing toys unless they ask, so I would check.

Label everything: we use these for clothes and these for bottles/sippies. If she takes a pacifier, put it on a tether with her name on it (you can use the same labels as the clothes, or else get the rub-a-dub sharpie).

u/greenvox · 3 pointsr/pakistan
  • Print out the fingerprint sheet.

  • Go to Staples and ask them where the stamp pads are. They have them and they are $4 bucks a pop. You can buy it off Amazon as well.

  • Place fingerprints onto the sheet.

  • Scan the paper as 600 dpi, JPEG, Letter size.

  • Upload the JPEG. If it doesn't work, scan it as a PDF and then convert the PDF to the JPEG using Adobe Acrobat (File > Save As > Image > JPEG). Upload it.

Attach your cutter to one of these https://www.amazon.com/dp/B002SQ9P5K/ref=twister_B01DLMK82S?_encoding=UTF8&psc=1 it makes using your box cutter much simpler and faster. Your cutter will always be where you need it, and to put it back at your side you just let go of it. Considering how often you use your cutter, the little time savings will add up

Have the person who does the paper towel aisle save you 3 to 6 big boxes, maybe even more depending on the aisle, and use those to throw your trash into. Don't break down any of the card board trays like the ones the coffee comes in, for example, or any little small boxes like a spice comes in, just throw those in the box. That will save you time and energy, especially if you have a lot of them like on the vegetable aisle. Then when you have to bale your trash, you only have to throw a few big boxes in the baler instead of a bunch of small ones. Should save a little time there too.

There's always a bit of walking to the back room you have to do, maybe you forgot to grab something, or maybe you need to use the restroom. I use a 'bascart' to run back and forth to save energy and wear and tear on my knees. There's a bit of a trick to it if you don't know how to do it. You want to set your belly on the handle so that the cart is holding a lot of your weight. You're not holding yourself up with your arms, a lot of people try to do it like that. Then you just run. It's really fast and saves quite a bit of time, and it's easier on your body than walking back and forth through the night. *obviously use caution, especially turning around blind corners, and probably don't do it when customers are there.

My last tip, I guess, is more controversial, lol. Kroger doesn't like it when you spot stuff, and for some aisles they are right. Water aisle for example, would just be stupid to spot. But from my experience spotting is actually faster than working off the buggy, and the reason Kroger doesn't like spotting is because most of the desk jockeys that run Kroger have never stocked long term, and they don't understand how grinding stocking can be over time. If you spot correctly it will save you walking, it will save you from having to hold heavy boxes in your hand, and it will make getting up and down from a kneeling position faster and easier on your body. First, you want to set the buggy in the best spot on the aisle. Then spot the things that are close to you on the ground, and the things that are further away just slide them to their general location (as long as you can do that without damaging them). This will save a lot of walking back and forth from the shelf to the buggy. Once everything is spotted you do a more specific spotting on the things you slid, that way the aisle isn't a mess. When you're done it should look neat, not with boxes thrown everywhere. Then when it's time to start stocking set up what I call a "trash train". I set my bascart ahead of me and use that for misplaced items and my discarded plastic. Then I have by crate to stand on for stuff on the top shelf. Then behind me I pull an empty cart with my big paper towel boxes to throw my trash into. I start at the front of the aisle on one side and slowly move around the aisle until I'm done. The benefit of this method is everything you need, ie your crate and something to separate your trash into, is right by you at all times. When you need to stock something on a high shelf you can set it up on the buggy handle and not have to strain your back, also allowing you to easily use two hands. Furthermore, for items on the bottom shelf getting up and down from that position can be taxing over time, but with your crate by you and your buggy you can use those to help you up.

Developing this approach over time, my case count went up from around 60 per hour to 80 cases per hour, and if I have to I can sprint stock over 90 an hour. (Edit: That's the other benefit of this method I forgot to mention, it seems to be easier to get in a really fast flow, where as stocking from the cart it's hard to reach those really high numbers). Despite working significantly faster than the "official" Kroger method, I quit having a constantly soar back. Good luck.

I’d like to thank this sub for all their ideas! I started my amiibo creation journey with a simple sticker attached to a rubber duck for Epona; when I saw my best man’s amazement when I showed him, I knew exactly what I needed to do for his best man gift.

I started by attempting to have a playing card company print some of the amazing card designs found on this sub. After being rejected for copyright because of the amiibo logo, I edited it out (as that’s where I was planning to place the sticker); they then told me the entire set was not going to be able to be made, which sent me into a minor panic. I switched up tactics and went to making coins.

Since there are so many varieties of coin sizes, I was a bit overwhelmed compared to the stock PVC or playing card sizes. After doing some research, I decided on the AIRTITE 30mm black ring coin holders. This was because the inner diameter is 1.55 inches, and I bought a 1.5-inch hole punch for the smallest amount of wiggle room.

I went for a cleaner look (just image of amiibo) which are downloadable from Nintendo’s amiibo lineup website. I wanted the black ring to be shown on the amiibo side but not the back, so I sized them all to fit within a 1.2-inch circle in word, centered within a 1.6-inch circle. I removed the inner guide circle and copied it into GIMP, a free open source program. This is my first time using it, but the best way I found was to paste each image in as a new layer, transform it to the proper size, and move it into place. (I'm sure there are better ways; this was all trial and error).

It is a destination beach wedding, so I found an appropriate Zelda image that wouldn’t look bad in a smaller size or where too much is cut off because of the circular design. The font is a free download, Hylia Serif. I messed up and sized the image to 1.5 inches, not 1.55 (hence the small gaps at the top and bottom). I printed them at home on glossy photo paper using an inkjet printer.

Assembly went bottom coin holder-back image-NFC tag-amiibo image-black foam ring-top coin holder. I added the black ring to center the 25mm sticker, then removed temporarily in order it to put the other image underneath the ring. While it is possible to reopen them, it is very tedious, and I strongly encourage double checking before closing (don’t forget a sticker like I did…). You can program them after you assemble them without any issues.

This is probably too much detail, but a lot of posts show amazing results and I knew I felt unsure of things many times before I ironed everything out. Hopefully this can make creating your own more accessible for future first timers! I’m going to work on cleaning up my coin pdfs but will post them soon! It’s a total of 36 coins (Zelda, Splatoon, and wedding Mario, naturally).

TL;DR:
Materials: AIRTITE 30mm black ring AIRTITE coin holders; 25mm NFC Stickers; 1.5 inch hole punch

I just did them myself for like 40 cents each.

Laserjet over ink jet is preferred. HP has a line of printers that work over wi-fi. Look for Wi-Fi direct HP printers. Possibly buy used on eBay with a return policy. Others may work, but I’ve seen HP invest the most in this tech.

Also, I recommend using half sheet labels from Amazon. PM me and I can send you some extras I have (I switched to a thermal printer now that I’ve reached a nice scale). They save you time from cutting and using tape to attach labels.

If you reach scale (for me 1000+ orders), find a thermal printer (like Dymo 4xl) and probably buy a laptop.

u/JJMcGee83 · 2 pointsr/flashlight

Those retractable key ring things suck and break easily. If you want something that will last a while get a Key Bak

Better quality string and better retraction mechanism. Claims it will pull 4 oz so good for any light op would need.

u/konsyr · 2 pointsr/papermini

It's probably too late in your project for this, but you can always print alternatively so you can skip the seal step later. However, both of these make double sided figures problematic. This increases the costs, but might balance out some of the sealing costs.

Print to transparencies. (Of course, white is then an issue.) Example: https://www.amazon.com/3M-3700-Color-Laser-Transparency/dp/B00004TS5M

Print to water-resistant labels, and stick onto plastic. Example:
https://www.amazon.com/Packs-BCW-Trading-Divider-Dividers/dp/B005LIF20O and https://www.amazon.com/Neato-Blank-Full-Sheet-Labels/dp/B01FKXOJOY

u/boredisaac · 2 pointsr/streetwearstartup

That is the most basic way to do it, but I've learned that paying for paying for shipping online is probably the most efficient way to do it. Plus they usually give a discounted rate for paying online. All you need is a printer and a postal scale (https://www.amazon.com/dp/B00SMHWZ42/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_awd_JuB3wb2YR63SY). You can even get shipping labels (https://www.amazon.com/dp/B001PF1BSE/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_awd_2uB3wbG6X4SXA) if you wanted to take your packaging a step higher. (Totally worth it imo)

Go to stamps.com or usps.com. Enter your package weight and dimensions. Purchase and print the label. Stick the label on the package and drop it off at a post office. Writing the address on the package isn't hard but I was taking at least a minute or more for each package and now and can get way more packages done in way less time. And don't have to wait in line at the post office anymore.

Your drawing resembles the hose arm in the ceiling of a self-serve car wash. That’s just like the idea I had, and you know by now it doesn’t really exist for this application

I built something that’s pretty close. I think it works well and is easier to explain to guests than if I’d hung dog leashes from the ceiling

I bolted this adjustable lighting boom to a wall adjacent to my CPU about 8ft up, with two heavy duty retractable keyfobs attached...one at the tip, another at the baseplate. I recommend the 8oz; stronger versions pull too strongly on your head and neck

Definitely requires some time tinkering with many variables to maximize reach, minimize tension, and prevent damage to anything attached or within its range of motion

Good luck

I bought a fingerprinting kit from Amazon (like $15-20 or so, don't remember), a teeny tiny inkpad, and I guess got the template from FBI website (or somewhere....I remember having a gridded paper of some sorts) and rolled my own, then sent to FBI. Got back my info two-three weeks later.

Every item location tracker I've researched (Tile, Cube, Trackr, etc.) requires some monthly subscription fee and/or has reviews indicating design failure. Clearly this technology has some kinks to work out across the board before they're ready for everyday use. I even tried the BCKAKQA and discovered that it would disconnect from my phone for literally no reason at all, which would cause the alarm to panic.

I have eyeglass retainers for keeping my sunglasses around my neck and a retractable keychain that keeps my keys attached to my belt. I also have a chain that does the same for a travel wallet. (Use a leather hole punch to fasten the chain and wallet.) It makes me look fucking weird but hell it works.

A cheap laser printer and half sheet labels will cost about the same as a thermal printer. Printer toner is cheap and lasts a while. Cheaper if you buy aftermarket toner or figure out how to refill toner.

Just get one of these bad boys and a ceiling hook. No more dragging and MUCH less likely to tangle as you move since it retracts when you give it slack but is too weak to pull on you in any noticeable way.

u/Radioactive24 · 1 pointr/HBL

I use this. have been my go-to for over a year now.

Personally, a little more expensive than the Avery stuff, but way more durable and they look hella nicer. Comes off bottles very cleanly for reuse as well. Print it with a photo/laserjet printer.

Also, you can contact Neato directly about buying in bulk and they'll cut you a sweet price break, plus free shipping (although, not 2-day).

And waterproof (to a great degree).

As a delivery man trying to move as fast as possible, I have locked my keys in many times.... I have found a solution, though. Get a Keybak retractor: https://www.amazon.com/KEY-BAK-SUPER48-Retractable-Polycarbonate-Oversized/dp/B002SQ9P5K/ref=pd_sbs_229_t_0/145-3253223-8232768?_encoding=UTF8&pd_rd_i=B002SQ9P5K&pd_rd_r=beba2bae-2d88-477a-a91a-1a4e0aa73a9a&pd_rd_w=FACV5&pd_rd_wg=gp7UY&pf_rd_p=5cfcfe89-300f-47d2-b1ad-a4e27203a02a&pf_rd_r=Z6YE4JAYMAADKSA25TZN&psc=1&refRID=Z6YE4JAYMAADKSA25TZN

then keep another spare key on your belt loop on a caribeener. It's literally impossible to lock yourself out, if you have both keys on you. It is possible for the retractor key to get stuck on the seatbelt receptable as you slam the door shut and locked, however... That's what the second key is for. I haven't locked my keys inside with this method ever.

The only time I've gotten printed by LEO's was for some of my non-resident CCW's. Florida for example requires that the prints are taken by a LEO. The ATF don't give a shit. Like I said follow that link and the ATF will send you as many FP cards as you want for free. They even cover the shipping. Amazon has great ink pads, I'll link below. I can do 2 cards in about 10 min or so now and they come out better than when the LEO's do them. It's not rocket surgery.

I'm beginning to think it's getting too easy for me and I'll have a stamp collection in no time. Key-Bak SUPER48 - lightweight, well made, strong retractable kevlar line and sturdy pocket clip.

I clip it directly on my belt, somewhere between my front and back pocket (depending on where the belt loops are on my pants).

I also use one of those pull apart key rings for my car key (and any other things that need more than momentary use), and keep a spare on the main part of the Key-Bak. That way my keys never actually leave my person.

I just put the whole bundle of keys etc in my back pocket, and it stays put and quiet. The line stays retracted even with a good amount of weight, so it doesn't hang any lower than you need it to.

That's my system, good luck on finding yours!

u/Klownicle · 1 pointr/lego

See my PM, but the direct answer is the digital document of stickers in a PDF form. Any printing of the PDF you'd need to manually cut out. This is what I did and prefer. The wheels are the hardest part due to the curves, but as they are black on black with quality sticker vinyl paper it's not noticeable if they are not perfect circles. The goal as you say is to avoid the White part. There are 5 wheels on the sticker sheet themselves when you only need 4, so there is room for "error" both in cutting and application.

I recommend these to print the stickers on; Neato-Blank-Full-Sheet-Labels/dp/B01FKXOJOY on Amazon.

Regarding paper to use, it depends on what you want to do. I've seen people simply make the entire thing from basic computer paper and sleeve cards when necessary.

She's not bleeding. Life isn't a movie or a demonstration. In a knife fight (this is ver batim what the trainers told us in class) "winners ooze and losers gush". And sometimes "winning" just means that your opponent dies first.

If you want to know what I'm talking about, go out and get a couple of really cheap white long sleeve turtlenecks and equally cheap white sweats. Then go get a pair of training knives, some Velcro and an ink pad. Take the fuzzy side of the Velcro line the edges of the knives with it. Soak said Velcro in the ink pad.

Now you and someone of relatively equal size and speed and spar. 2 minutes. When you're done take a look at yourself in a mirror and see just how many black slashes you have that you never noticed happening.

The knife defense classes I took had us do just this and it's pretty sobering. Maybe you end up with no damage, but it's not likely.
