This is part of the reason people don't think they can afford kids, or can't afford a second child, etc. Everyone has been convinced they need to gold plate childhood. It's really easy to get a decent stroller for free from someone whose kid is now older, or if you really must, this stroller costs less than fifty bucks, and would work just fine. Bur you're probably convinced you need this one.

I would rent a car. If that doesn’t work try this. Ride Safer Delight Travel Vest, Small Grey – No Tether or Neck Pillow https://www.amazon.com/dp/B01LZ5CH52/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_api_i_VaC0CbC4C2XNV
We always travel with this Harness and it makes traveling extremely convenient, both in the states and abroad. It come with a small bag. Just throw it in your stroller. I would recommend getting a small profile stroller. This is what we also travel with one, Maclaren Globetrotter Stroller, Medieval Blue/White https://www.amazon.com/dp/B017BH5OLY/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_api_i_0eC0CbCD35MQZ
I would look for a similar style since they fold up nicely.

When we went last year with our turning 3yo we didn't bring the carseat. It's just an added hassle and we knew we were only going to be riding Disney transportation. If you think you only might take an Uber I'd forget about taking the carseat. Especially since you can use the Minnie Vans through Lyft and they have carseats available. As for the stroller I'd recommend taking the bigger one. It's probably more comfortable for your daughter and seems to have added conveniences like the tray and full reclining. We took our City Mini GT and it was super nice to have! I bought a stroller gatecheck bag to put it in for the airplane and didn't have any issues. The Magical Express put the stroller under the bus in the luggage compartment to and from the airport which was easy and when we road from our hotel (the Poly) to DAK we just folded it up and carried it on the bus. No issues!

I have this

http://www.amazon.com/gp/aw/d/B003U4F6JI/ref=redir_mdp_mobile/187-6386389-6300232

It has been a life saver. My two are 22 months apart. We have the sit and stand front/back with the car seat, and this one. I've never used the sit and stand after buying this. My son (younger) was in this at 4 months.

It is NOT double wide either. Very easy to fit in standard doors and I use it at the mall constantly.

It's small, easy to maneuver (not on grass) and has sun shades. It's also super light and I can fold and toss it in the trunk quickly.

Wish it had better handles and cup holders, but for the money it's amazing and I highly recommend it.

Get a cheap umbrella stroller...but not a too cheap stroller. I got a stroller similar to this on Craig's list for $15.00 used. I used it for 5 years until the wheel kept falling off. I would just put the wheel back back on but during vacation it fell off, I didn't notice and couldn't find it. My youngest was 2 at the time so we weren't going to need a stroller much longer, but still needed one and I bought [this](http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B00GJGA338? keywords=cosco%20stroller&qid=1457816724&ref_=sr_1_10_a_it&sr=8-10) stroller and it drives me nuts. The wheels become misaligned and you have to tap them back into position to move the stroller. You also can't adjust the height of the arms, so it is only comfortable to push if you are 5'8" or shorter. We are also less than a year of use into it and the seat is becoming worn and frayed.

Sorry only $25 strollers

We're going straight to a convertible, specifically the Chicco Nextfit. I'm too weak to carry an infant seat and the way our day-to-day life goes, it's not worth trying to make one work. For carrying around the baby we have K'tans, a Lillebaby, and a Chicco Liteway stroller (it's technically an umbrella stroller but reclines so newborns can use it) as options.

We like our Inglesina "Net" stroller. Costs $150, 11 lbs, folds small, can stand on its own while folded, has a shoulder strap (though you might want to add a strap cushion if you use the strap a lot).

I'm 5'8" and it's comfortable to push. Some 6'4" dad on Amazon said he finds it comfortable to push.

It's not available in twin capacity, so hopefully you're not going far enough that your 4.5 year old will need to ride.
