I've only started wearing makeup. But I only wear a tiny bit of concealer and very light bb cream. I had been washing my face with soap and water only, but now I'm hearing this is bad and may not be enough.

Would using this every night in addition to washing with soap and water be enough? And I assume just dabbing a bit on my fingers and applying to my face would be enough or would I need to apply a ton?
