(Not sure if this works with Linux, but it works on my Mac and Windows computer)
I got the Mamamiya 3200 DPI Gaming Mouse for $14 (£12.55) on Amazon, and I love this mouse! The ergonomics is great, it has adjustable DPI settings, and it has two buttons that you can program, not to mention that it's super cheap! I've had this mouse for about a year now and the only problem that I've had with it is that sometimes one of the lights inside stays red, but that's no biggie.
It's not available right now on amazon, but here's the link!

I got the Razer Naga recently and I can't believe I went this long without a proper gaming mouse. The only reason I took a chance and bought it was because of the deal Amazon had on it. If you can deal with the green color, it's a great mouse at only $43

It's really worth picking up a MMO Gaming Mouse. For instance the Razor Hydra. Logitech also makes a MMO mouse, it's similar, and cheaper. but the Hydra is a really sturdy. You get what you pay for. All around it's a good gaming mouse.

With my Hydra, I can play TSW without using the keyboard. When I do use the keyboard I have full movement like playing a FPS.The number pad require no learning curve, no configuration. I went from stumbling around trying to push the right button to hammering out solid attack patterns without really paying any attention.

FYI bestbuy also sells the hydra. They have the wireless with color changing LEDs. Personally I like the corded version. It's cheaper, and there no charging to worry about. Plus the mouse is lighter.

My mouse was £93 and my keyboard was about £66 I have no idea of the exchangerate atm but I'm pretty sure that's close to $200. Granted these are not the cheapest...

Oh, I guess if you're looking for a MMO mouse, the sensor is less important. Just get something with lots of buttons. You can get a Razer Naga on Amazon right now for $43. It's a really ugly shade of green, but I've heard that the side buttons feel really good.

I would suggets the G600 or the Razer Naga They have plenty of buttons and the sensors are great for what you are doing, plenty of dpi customizations. The Naga is often on sale for under 50 and there is a chroma verson

There's plenty of external fans you can purchase that from what I've read work quite well. But alright.
