Other bags are on sale, too:
ETA: Thanks /u/coombstest for pointing out that Amazon has the same deal right now.
ETA2: Looks like the sale is over. You can still grab some of them at the sale price on Amazon.
ETA3: People are reporting that some items are still on sale on Navali's site, and the code WELCOMEABOARD gets you 20% off. Changed the flair back to Deal/Sale.
Amazon has the same deal going on as well.

I think she just went to Amazon and typed in Metal Gear Messenger Bag.
I use this case. It's cheap and sturdy enough to keep the 3DS from getting damaged. My only gripe is it only has space to hold 3 games.
My everyday carry bag is a Timbuk2 messenger. It has lots of pockets for tablets, chargers, etc.

It's a great bag from Case Crown.
This cheap Chinese bag. There are several other oddly named companies that produce the same bag, but with a different name on the front patch.
It's not exactly pretty and it probably wasn't produced ethically, but it's roomy, practical, and the build quality and materials are quite solid for the price. (And when I bought it the price was right... and I'd been checking thrift stores for weeks without luck.)

It entirely sure on the specific one (got it at a big department store a long time ago) but this one looks pretty similar. It’s big enough to fit an iPad and is perfect for what I need. Not sure if this one uses leather or not though. Plambag Canvas Messenger Bag Small Travel School Crossbody Bag Fit iPad Grey https://www.amazon.com/dp/B01G1NA0SQ/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_api_i_23wHDb995QAG7

I use this cross body bag (https://amazon.com/gp/product/B015FKP4BE/) for my every-day-carry needs: sunglasses, charger, battery, cables, ear buds, pens, iPad, and sometimes I put my iPhone in if I don’t want it in my pocket. A number of people have mentioned how nice the bag looks.
I started with an iPad mini and am now using a 9.7”. I use an Apple smart cover (https://www.amazon.com/Apple-Smart-Cover-iPad-9-7-inch/dp/B06XS7G71Y/) and I just put a composition notebook skin on the back of the iPad (https://www.decalgirl.com/skins/383765/apple-ipad-6th-gen-skin-composition-notebook).
Same company makes a slightly larger bag that I think would hold a 12.9” iPad.
I have this bag that I got for christmas last year. I've never used it for diapers, but I fairly regularly use it for my laptop and 2 5-Subject notebooks, which seems to be about the maximum capacity it can handle. It doesn't have a laptop pocket, though, so it just goes in with the main pocket. It's also got some little side and inner pockets that I use for pencils and stuff.
It might not be great for diapers if you're trying to hide them, since it only has the one big pocket, though
Thanks! I made a post a while back, they are actually like 15 dollar kids bags found on amazon. Perfect for sidecover bags, just need a bit of modding if you ride at highway speed
Go Indiana Jones style
Or look into sling bags
This has been sitting in my amazon cart for months.
Get someone in the US to order it for you and then ship it to you.
Ubisoft are region-locking dickheads, considering they don't bother bringing most of the stuff to the other regions. I can't even see the US store without using cache, tunnelbear just redirects me straight to my regional site.
ED!t: maybe this is an option for you guys? https://www.amazon.com/Elegant-Holloway-Messenger-Backpack-Shoulder/dp/B01LZ1N3LH/ref=sr_1_1?ie=UTF8&qid=1481272606&sr=8-1&keywords=dedsec+bag
I just really like the Dedsec hoodie the US store has. :P

I got this bag from Amazon and absolutely love it, and it wasn't too terribly expensive.
I generally carry backpacks because like you said both shoulders vs 1 but I found that the backpack made me sweat... a lot. Yes I use deodorant/antiperspirant but still...
Any links to bags you've got would be appreciated. I own a bag of holding and have considered getting 1 of these (I kind of like the style a little better) but they're too similar and it would probably not make sense to replace a backpack with that. But I need/want something that'd not drive me to sweat so much.
This one maybe, not sure of quality (there are some user pics in the reviews):

there was an official one, which didn't really look like that that is sold out but you might find on ebay or somewhere:

I've been eyeing this one. I like the tan leather, and I like that the size is a bit smaller than most.
Plus I suspect the tan leather will age well and distress naturally adding to its appeal.
I really want this ll bean field canvas messenger bag but mainly in the saddle color that is backordered all the way into fucking May. How do you guys like the navy?

Also curious if anyone has any alternatives in that price range. I'm mainly looking at it from a stylish perspective.
Oh shoot, sorry dude! Totally missed that, here's a link for the bag.
How about a messenger bag? I own a couple of Visconti's bags. They're very well built, and incredibly reasonably priced. Here's one example:

I got one of these as a gift years ago, and it's my daily carrier. On game days, I throw my stuff in there (1 x 1in. 3-ring binder, handful of notecards, dice bag, dice tray, DMG MM, PHB, sandwich baggie with monster cutouts, etc.)
Most nights though, I host, so I don't have to transport stuff. /r/foreverDMthings
On Amazon the leather Mainstay is only $109.
I actually ordered the blue canvas Mainstay a while back and they sent me the blue Boatswain instead. I think they both look great, so I kept the Boatswain. Really nice bag.
Edit: Interestingly all of the bags are now cheaper on Navali's own site, except for the leather Mainstay. Only $50 for the canvas Mainstay.
Hard to find black these days. Brown is way more popular.

Yeah, definitely get the "mist" color, or the black if you prefer it, i guessl (sic.) Stoner chic, I'd call it. However, putting this company's crunchy positive intentions aside, you can certainly get a better messenger bag for $110. These to name a few. I guarantee in advance that a grey Abingdon would be the nicest-looking messenger bag anyone has at your school. Goes with any style, too.

CaseCrown Campus messenger bag, here. It's not really 'rain proof' though, I'd say its more 'rain resistant'. It'll soak through if you walk 10 miles in a monsoon.
I've used a shoulder bag from Eagle Creek for years when traveling in foreign countries. A cross-body bag would probably be more balanced, but my bag is just big enough to hold a laptop (or a thick textbook), and thick enough that you can stuff a good amount in it.
No longer in stock unfortunately, but it was the size of this Amazon bag. Except water resistant and a more standard nylon/polyester fabric instead of canvas.
Which color of this sling bag do you prefer? I like the dark brown one, but think the black would be more versatile
What color shoulder bag would work for multiple styles (grunge, skinhead, punk, metal, casual basic bastard) Options like black, grey, olive drab, coyote, or tan? Also happy halloween all!
https://www.amazon.com/dp/B017KXTYEW/?coliid=I1NVKFGA2QHNNH&colid=33VMIYXICC0HG&psc=1
I've been using this grey one for about the same amount of time https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B017KXTYEW/ref=oh_aui_search_detailpage?ie=UTF8&psc=1
It has held up pretty well since it's canvas. It's not spacious, but that's a plus for me since it really only houses my work-issued phone and Surface along with a writing pad.
I use the Amazon Basics neoprene 15" laptop sleeve, and a Leaper monosling backpack.
Any opinions between these two:

Those are some nice wallets! I especially like #1.
Good on ya for paying it forward and thanks for the contest!
This is probably my favorite Amazon item!

Does anyone have recommendations for a rugged travel bag that won't hurt my back? I used to travel with a messenger bag (don't like backpacks in crowded markets) but have been having back issues recently that are exacerbated by uneven distribution of weight.
I've been thinking of getting a sling bag (like [this] (https://www.amazon.com/dp/B01LZMPGLF/ref=pd_luc_rh_sbs_04_01_t_ttl_lh?_encoding=UTF8&psc=1) or [this] (https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B01N1UW7UJ/ref=ox_sc_act_title_4?ie=UTF8&psc=1&smid=A28CTROX65TTH)) but can't tell if it would still be ok on my back, and most of them are too small to fit a laptop, which is annoying.
Has anyone compared Navali Leather Mainstay to the Canvas Boatswain?
Do you think the leather is good enough to be worth the extra ~50 bucks compared to the waxed canvas of the boatswain?
Or should I go for this Samsonite instead of the other 2?
Here but it says in stock July 3.
I have this Kenneth Cole bag. I like it.
Thanks! It's actually this messenger bag hooked around the seat hinge. It leans against the side panel.
In addition to others mentioning the 5.11 rush Moab, I can also toss in an honorable mention for the timbuc2 messenger bag. I bought one several years ago to hold class work and now my teenager uses it for high school. It's held up really well with a kid who abuses bags mercilessly. It has good comfy shoulder strap and waist tether for a snug no-sliding carry. It's not tacticool and doesn't have hidden carry slots or the multitude of pockets like the Moab but it is fairly sturdy and roomy and comes in a variety of sizes.
I've been using my boatswain in olive and it's been really great. Smaller than a north face backpack I used to use for school but for working professionals it's perfect. Fits an Air, a few note books and small water bottle.

[This] (http://www.amazon.com/Kattee-Stylish-Leather-Satchel-Messenger/dp/B00IPWLSF6/ref=sr_1_11?ie=UTF8&qid=1406007145&sr=8-11&keywords=satchel+men) is a little more expensive but looks better (in my opinion).
