Fun fact: Every part for every elite 80 ever made should fit. They didn't change anything throughout the production run. Except the headlight, you have the old version(upgrade to the modular version if yours ever dies. You'll spend about $100 to upgrade and then you can just replace the $11 bulb.), and the front brake, you have the old version.

Just got my third set this past April. A portion of my commute is dirt road, which often gets nasty during the summer rains and incredibly rough all other times. I find these to be a good mix for those conditions, and I'm always ready to follow a dirt trail if I want to.
Literally the first Google result: https://www.amazon.com/Michelin-Inner-Tube-Street-70-17/dp/B009MFLR56
Since you stretched, get a nice shock to support the new extra. The Forsa shock is nice and fits the stock airbox. https://www.amazon.com/Forsa-Ruckus-Performance-Shock-252mm/dp/B00J4ZATZ8

Do you have rough roads, go off road? Get some Boppers for the road if you're not doing those things. Then a gas tank cover!

Looks good! I like the smaller stretches, as a no-stretcher currently.
Oversized avon AM24 Gripsters, and the exhaust is from a generic 250cc quad bike, modified to fit.

You can get a new tire from eBay or Amazon for 60 bucks. Linked below for you.

Then call around and find a place to mount and balance off the bike. If your willing to put in a little effort, you could have a new tire for less than 100.

It's a Bridgestone that looks very similar to this
And I had [this] (http://static.chaparral-racing.com/productimages/600/190-MS-06.jpg) Michelin before that I liked more. However, I'm not sure if the problem is because I don't like the tire, or if it's just because the tire is new and doesn't grip very well yet.
This
It's been a pretty decent tire for me.

Found this on Amazon based on /u/almondmilk 's comment. The tread pattern seems to match the one on the Busa.
