I've had this same exact conversation with somebody else before, twice in fact. It ended up at the same place we're at now... discussing the semantic of 'everything'. I realised that this was no coincidence after I saw the MJFacts website discussing this issue, why can't you think for yourselves? Like Wade and James you need a script and cue cards to read from.

Anyways, I'm going to give you the same answer I gave to the others.Way to take one word out of context and completely ignore the rest of my post and way to miss the point with your silly semantics. The point that flew over your head was that Michael owned more than 10,000+ books, most of them were gifted. He owned hundreds of art books because he was an artist and was interested in photography and art. Most of his vintage nudist books were focused on women. Books like this , this and this .

Answer this question for me: Why didn't Michael get rid of the books if he was so familiar with them and thought it to be incriminating?

If the book was so incriminating, why did he give the key to Blanca Francia who had a young son?

They wanted to show he was interested in men/boys, so yes, that's why those things were important. For example in this big list, it isn't the total list of nudity he had in his books, many books featuring naked women were ignored like this one:

And this book features lesbian sex but was never included:

This was the kind of library he had:

They were looking for anything that suggested he wanted to sexually abuse boys or could show any interest in homosexuality, as they wanted to suggest of course this meant he'd be more inclined to sexually abuse boys. The police officer who found the book with male sexuality which had gay photos in a box with thousands of other books in 1993 admitted he couldn't tell if Jackson had opened it, and it was important to note for the reasons they had chosen to include it and they did in fact try to make it a big centerpiece to their case. The prosecutor repeatedly showed the jury photos from that book in his closing statements. Did I mention these people were kind of pathetically desperate?
