I have one of these for my tank
You need an adapter for the CO2 cannister I think. That looks like one of those 20oz Tippman canisters used for paintball. They require pressure to be placed on the top of the tank for it to release gas as it doesn't have a cylinder valve. The adapter connects to your solenoid then has a pin on the other side to apply pressure when you connect it to the canister.
Something like this.
Anyways, you might have more luck over at /r/PlantedTank for getting answers to these types of questions in the future.
That's actually not too shabby that it includes the adapter with a shut-off valve. I use this on my paintball co2 setup.
I don't like how the other adapter that gets suggested work as co2 escapes as you screw it on your regulator.
I would also recommend spending a bit more on the regulator and buy a good quality one. I've killed two cheap $40 ones from Amazon that are stuck were both stuck on 50 working pressure. Ended spending less than $120 on a co2 art regulator to replace the second one that died just barely within the return period.

It could be a lot simpler. Just from a couple of minutes looking.
Not a bike inflator CO2 canister
Adapter to NPT (could just go into the paint gun at this point)
Pneumatic momentary valve (to be used as a trigger if you didn't want the paint gun part)
With all NPT you can hack these things together in all sorts of configurations and have a much wider array of connection options.
I didn't really shop around for good deals or think too hard about this, so the prices might not be the best and there could be an even better way to do it. Even with that disclaimer, it would be a much more legit and solid piece than what is in the video.
I bought 1 of these and switch it over as needed, works like a charm.

Free shipping doesn't apply over the border - most places in Canada, shipping isn't included until you spend 300+
You linked to Amazon.com, doesn't free ship to Canada (or at all, in most cases). Here's the same model tank on Amazon.ca (total ripoff, but just showing for comparison) - https://www.amazon.ca/Ninja-Carbon-Fiber-HPA-Tank/dp/B00L4I4DPU/ref=sr_1_5?s=sports&ie=UTF8&qid=1509629982&sr=1-5&keywords=Ninja+HPA+tank
Thank you for the advice. I actually did return the tank last night. Great thing about Amazon: hassle free return, even at 2AM. In anycase, look like I need to ponny up the cash to get a more expensive unit. Can you give me some recommendations? I was looking at this: Benjamin 90 cu Carbon Fiber PCP Charging System, but it's so expensive. Same with this one.
Buy one from amazon....

That’s a HPA Tippmann 13/3000 , you can also get a Ninja Paintball one for about $20 more.
Hope this helps
I know this exists. If the threading is right I'd imagine leaks would be practically nonexistent.
It is a First Strike/Guerilla Air Myth 62/3000 and the output is 800-850psi. Here is the exact tank http://www.evike.com/products/36570/. Would this work? https://www.amazon.com/dp/B016W6OFCY/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_api_AIfzzb9V5AHHF Thanks for helping im new to this stuff.

One of these on the scuba tank, use a remote line to plug the fill station into any HPA paintball style tank, then put your normal polar star regulator on that and hook it upto the gun.
The scuba tank constantly refills the normal hpa tank, the hpa tank constantly feeds the gun.
You could use this https://www.amazon.ca/Ninja-Paintball-Remote-Slide-Check/dp/B00BWZ4JPO
What exactly you would need 180ci to feed I don't know, Shoebox Shocker with a Maxxloader?
The adaptor I'm planning on buying. www.amazon.com/dp/B00KB2MH62/_encoding=UTF8?coliid=I37G8PMK5PII4B&colid=O2O7IPTN2JOQ#nav-search-keywords
He means these and he's right, they're so much better than the standard coiled one like the Tippman ones. More pricey than the Tippman, but this will give you 100% less headaches in the middle of the game. That ninja remote line won't tangle up as easily as the coiled lines and it's much easier to extend out unlike the coiled lines
You need to get a quick disconnect fitting, they would be the paintball standard.
here is an example
