Best bet might be to buy the bottles separately in bulk and fill them yourself, if you have a bit of time you could make fun party labels for them too.

I like just finding a random outrageously expensive item on Amazon and looking at the reviews. Fine art is always a gold mine. For instance, check out the reviews on this $275,000 painting of a bird.
It's a canvas of 2 people walking in a city where it seems like it's snowing. You can find it here

I prefer something really simple, with as few features as possible - e.g. https://www.amazon.co.uk/Swan-SM3090N-Manual-Microwave-Levels/dp/B00NSKWNDG/
The only extra feature I like is a 'reminder' beep that tells you once a minute that your cooking is finished.
Chalkboard Tile Sheets I have a few of these and have more on my wishlist because I absolutely love them. Also, they're great for children! :)
These are adorable!
This is $10 over your budget, but it's so lovely I had to share.
Another lovely option, much more inexpensive.
Rub a dub dub, three men in a tub. :)
I bought a pack of these. They can be washed and re-used. I generally try and eat meals within about 3 months of freezing, and I tend to do at least 1 big batch cook per fortnight. /r/MealPrepSunday/ should have some good ideas.
I think this is a fancy painting
This unique outdoor light is ridiculously over priced
WL item for my Florida trip
This was me last year, before I had new windows fitted with Anglian (the old single glazed windows were on their last legs!)
I would definitely recommend a heated drying rack to dry your clothes -they're really cheap to run and might help in also heating up the room (I got this one on Amazon). You definitely don't want damp clothes - otherwise they'll get mouldy if they don't dry properly.
Looks like the thing in this picture: https://www.amazon.co.uk/Roller-Blind-Fittings-Replacement-Repair/dp/B00MJYIRUK?ref_=fsclp_pl_dp_1

Its a bit over the budget but so cool i had to add. I think anyone walking into your home will definitely start a conversation about it. Kill the awkward sileces with guests with this modern chimp painting!
I use these https://www.amazon.co.uk/dp/B00EY6JTN0/
They don't add any height but they're really grippy, especially on a play mat.
