I suck at pharm too. I hit up my school library for a few books. I ended up buying the deja review, because it was small and the question and answer teaching style worked well for me. I have also heard good things about the Kaplan pharm cards but I haven't used them.
The best source I found for antibiotics was Clinical Microbiology Made Ridiculously Simple.
