So I have two things to say about this:

Okie-dokie so that turned out way longer than I thought. It was just kind of a wall of text so I tried to format it for easier reading. Also u/Micro_Social this is for you too but I just ended up to the parent comment you also replied to instead of to you directly. But lol this was supposed to basically be: 1- Be kinder to yourself and learn to forgive yourself. 2-Look at this cool goals planner I found. But ended up being so much longer. Hope it's worth the read 😂
This is where I got mine and there’s a Gemini option! They pretty much all have the same design, just with the correct constellation for each sign

There are other words too.
They don't have colors for the B5 version, but I looooooove Scribbles that Matter
I can definitely recommend Scribbles That Matter! They ghost a little bit too, but not as bad as the Leuchtturm. I love the cover with doodles on it, but they have plain covers too :)
I like the soft cover. It feels nice on my hands. I'm not super careful with it, but I also don't mind much if it gets worn or even a little stained. I estimate it'll take me about 6 months to fill, (from when I started it in January), so it probably won't be in too awful shape by then.
I like the designs on the cover ok. It would be cooler if I could design my own cover—but realistically, I'm never going to get around to doing that. I'm not that arts&craftsy, and it just isn't a priority. I do like blank covers, too; the minimalism appeals to me. But it's nice sometimes to have pre-generated artwork on the cover for me. I see a few icons I like, or one of my kids will point out a shape they like or something.
Also, for the record, if you don't want the designs on the cover, STM makes journals without them. They call the plain cover ones the "Pro" version instead of the "iconic" version.

& there’s more colours available
I can't bring myself to spend the money on the more popular leather covers like CS and Foxy Fix, so my "upgrades" are in utility and aesthetics rather than quality. My current favorite is my Webster's Pages TN cover in Diamond White. (Amazon link) Pockets in the front and back, and wide enough for those who like having more than a few inserts. It comes punched with two holes on each end, strung with 4 elastics. I improved it - added a third hole to each end and then mounted grommets on the holes, and then strung it with six elastics. I'm actually surprised by how much I love this thing.
I also have this leather cover, which is really good quality for the price. Unfortunately, I messed up the leather and until I do something with that, it's out of commission. Currently, I'm considering Angelus leather paint as an option for salvaging it. I grommetized that one too. Ever since I got my little grommet kit, I just grommet anything I can. LOL
One area where I've definitely upgraded is my inserts. In addition to using Midori inserts for my weekly and monthly calendars (I used to just print my own), I've been getting Tomoe River inserts on Etsy. So far I've gotten them from Paper Penguin Co. and I've got in order in transit from GoodInkpressions. I've switched to using fountain pens almost exclusively, so good FP-friendly paper has become essential.

& thank you!
A bullet journal is great if it works for you.
Sadly, it did not for me for the following reasons:
Instead I got myself an actual calendar. It's DIN A5, and has
This worked best for me to be honest, as I could plan far enough ahead and write on the side should something take up more room than expected.
(This is the calendar I use, sorry that the link is in German

Really confused by the question. The Bullet Journal has an official website.
As to where I find notebooks, for myself, I like amazon.com and jetpens.com to find notebooks and pens.

What a cute idea!
I instantly thought of a DIY passport of sorts...like this: Hike Passport
They also have a National Parks Passport (same company)
But there's actually an official National Parks passport (and apparently you can get stamps at all of the National Parks?!)
You could put a picture of you two from each hike...dedicate pages to hikes you plan on taking...and passports are small enough where you could make and collect multiple “passports” as the years go by (New England passport, Southwest passport, Chile passport...wherever!)
Good luck! And let us know what you decide to do!

Thank you! I use this binder: A5 Binder Personal Organizer A5... https://www.amazon.com/dp/B078K3V413?ref=yo_pop_ma_swf
Exactly! I bought this kit from Amazon and have loved it. It has everything you need and I’ve been having so much on Pinterest finding new templates! Additionally, it’s actually helped me a lot to get organized and slowly check things off my To Do as well as prep for baby to come, track goals, and keep my appointments organized
Get creative and have fun!

used that when i was in grad school. i like how there's a huge section for the schedule and also a huge blank section that i could fill up with tasks/assignments due, etc. also it's pretty cheap and comes in a variety of sizes. and i liked keeping the dots in there because i had been bullet journaling too but couldn't keep it up during thesis writing.
I've been using the A5 Tekukor and am quite happy with it for build quality, 3 ribbons, pocket, wide elastic band. Tekukor also makes an A6 size which I'm considering.

I went through the same search last month and landed on this notebook from Scribbles That Matter
I've been very happy with it so far. I use it for my on-the-go bullet journaling and list making needs. It fits perfectly in my purse and comes with a built-in pen loop.
