I have a little pillow/ stuffed animal that is shaped like a loaf of bread. i hold it to my chest/ wrap my arms around it so my hands have a job and don’t get jittery. i find that it’s the perfect size for me, and it’s rly cute too so i really do not want to get blood on it. here’s the link, hope this helps!
