Hawthorn berry has worked for me. So has garlic pills, the kind that feature allicin. this is the kind that helped me.
If it’s your top number that’s high, try pine bark. Pycnogenol it is called. This one is good.
COQ10/Ubiquinol and Magnesium are supposed to be good too. Omega 3 oil is supposed to Make your veins loose and happy.
I’m working on figuring out what I need to take.
I go from 140’s/high 90’s down to low 120’s/80’s when I take various combinations of these.

Hey yeah I see where you're coming from and from this perspective I agree. But might I mention Pine needle tea & Pine oil is actually much more of a super food than people realize? It is increadible for your immune system and it does actually help out alot with asthma (which my brother has)
