We see that the part you need is 315968B. Has been discontinued, substituted with 31760301B. Also been discontinued. Gonna be a bitch to find.
So what I'd do is get a universal knob kit. It's got adapters so it'll fit on pretty much any range, and you can get an entire matching set so that it looks aight.
Are the shafts shapes like a D or just a splined circle?
You can get universal knobs for both types on Amazon.
The one with the pliers may be damaged, but you can try it.
