I purchased this massage table for my wife for her birthday. It didn't cost much and we have used it at least 20 times in the last year.

When ever I feel like she had a hard day I will set it up, turn down the lights and have alexa play "spa music" (who knew there was such a thing) then call her into the bedroom for a massage. Best $82.00 I have spent, she really loves it.

I had a discussion a couple of years ago with a couple who did this in London on two occasions. Overall, they said it was a good experience and it motivated them to learn more, but they wished they had done it a bit differently the first time.

They said the massages were great, but that they found it distracting to have both massages happening side-by-side at the same time. They both said they spent too much time looking around and listening to what was going on on the other table, and that it interfered with the receptive meditation practice that is such an important part of getting a tantric massage.

Anyway, after working on doing it at home, they went back for a second session, but this time they asked to have it set up as hands-on instructions. The massages were given in sequence instead of simultaneously, with one person on the table and the other getting a one-on-one tutorial.

They said they learned a lot more from the second session, and that having a four-handed massage at times was even hotter than the original. They continued to exchange tantric massages at home after that, and eventually stumbled across my blog, which has an extended section on tantric massage, which is why they wrote to me about their experience.

They had some suggestions for other couples that I would interpret this way:

1. Get a good, inexpensive massage table (like this one and a book on sensual massage (like this one, and practice exchanging at least 4 or 5 full-body massages with your partner before you schedule anything.
   
   
2. Follow the directions in the tantra blog (see below) in terms of preparation and meditation.

4. When you schedule your massages, ask the giver(s) to do one massage at a time, and teach you as they go.
   
   The point they wanted to emphasize was that they thought most couples will get MUCH more out of the paid session if they have already started learning the basics.

I haven't tried azealic acid and therefore haven't looked for a replacement. I have found two alternatives for niacinamide, one with hyaluronic acid and one with BHA and tea tree oil, though I haven't bought bought them yet. (I read somewhere on here that there has been no proof that soulutions over 5% work better, so the lower % doesn't worry me). In general, "B3" as search term got better results then "niacinamide" on German pages;)

I had planned to buy the TO glycolic acid, but DM now has one so I just grabbed it when I was in store. I like it, but I haven't tried glycolic acid before so I have nothing to compare it to. According to their e-mail the % of the AHA is a secret, so I might try this next time, just so I know what I am putting on my skin.

And to complete the list, I am thinking of buying this Retinol /Vit C serum, though I want to research how much sense this combo makes first.

I doubt it would work when it is fully formed, but if it hasnt gotten to big yet I wonder if zapping it might help it? It is worth a try. So I actually have some experience with a few different wands. The high frequency ones your talking about are likely the ones that are actually also used for beauty purposes, like this. These are often made black and put in kinky boxes for way more money than the beauty ones. But they tend not to get too high. I personally top them out super quickly.

There are violet wands that get way more powerful. Tesla wands for example get way more intense. Most people in my community who have money to burn will get one of these ones. And in my experience, I have never topped one out.

Using violet wands with body contact attachments can also increase the perceived intensity of it. Especially if you have someone poke you with something metal (i.e. a fork for example).

If your still opposed to violet wands or gape like a fish out of water at the price of some of them (reasonably so, those things are damn expensive), TENS unit is probably the way to go.

The feeling of a TENS unit or similar device is very different than I violet wand if you ask me. When I've played with one, they caused muscle contractions with a sharp pain. I know for me I'm not a fan of those muscle contractions, but that's just me. They are much cheaper and you can get one just to try at a pretty reasonable price, since they are also medical devices uses to relieve pain at lower levels.

There are a few other electrostim toys out there but not many. I've seen people use things in that "cattle rod" category you mention. There are smaller quieter ones, like this one that a friend of mine has. Though it's pretty low intensity if you ask me.

I can't speak for the safety or feel of a lot of those toys in that sort of category. But I have seen people use them, including those bug zapping things as toys. Please pursue safety info if you go this route, as I can't speak for the actual safety of this. Only that I've seen others do it. And those others could just be unwise from all I know.

Looks like your hairline is starting to recede. A few tips that have helped me. Try not to raise your eyebrows or crinkle your forehead... I know sounds silly but I stopped doing this and it helped. I used to raise my eyebrows when I talked as one of my idiosyncrasies.

I also have used a high frequency machine at home. These machines are what they use at salons. Basically its zappy wand that shoots out electricity or something like that. It comes with a few different tubes you attach to it. Most of them are for the face and you massage it to stimulate blood flow to the face to help with acne. But there is also a comb tube which you can use to massage your scalp. This sends blood to the scalp which helps prevent hair loss. I do this about 5-10 minutes each night. My hair stopped falling out.

You can get one on Amazon for like $50 or less.

My best friend used it when he had acne and his acne all went away within 2 months. Although I think it was stress related. Heres a link:

I have a C shaped maternity pillow. I hug it an lie half way on to my stomach.

Another position is to hug a regular pillow tight to elevate your upper body while taking a knee up and as close to your face as possible. This position puts you at an angle yet your stomach is facing downward.

A313 (Retinaldehyde) was much better if you want to go retinol but don't want to go too far. I do this. I have a washable fleece face cradle cover that I place the disposable flat covers on. I use these as my disposable cover $12 for 100! I also hold the cover when they get up because they tend to stick to faces.

I recommend Best Massage tables on Amazon. Make sure you get one with a "Reiki endplate" that means there is an opening at each end to get your knees under when sitting. Many massage tables have an X at the ends and that is no good for Reiki. There is no need to spend more than $150 on a table..ever. Check EBay for massage tables, I got one for around $120 and it's great! It folds away for easy storage and has really upped my massage game. Massaging each other on the bed is fine but you can't get the real traction needed for real kneading and stroking.
