Why buy an overpriced sauna experience? Save money when you buy overpriced Sauna Pants!

I had no idea. Just looked them up $99-$250. Wow.

If anyone is interested in one for a costume, I came across this sweat vest while looking at the cooling vests. It looks similar to the cooling vest especially if you order a size or two up. Only $15

Or this one is Amazon Prime for $20

And here’s a mosquito suit similar to the one Paul showed off:

If you buy a sweat suit and pipe the air into the sweat suit, I think it would keep you very cool.

Got in the habit of wearing the pants from one of these when I ride for just that reason. Cut the elastic in the ankles so they go on easy over boots. Some brands are yellow on the inside for a visibility bonus.

They can get pretty beat up and still be effective.

Has anybody tried a waist trainer vest while working out at the gym or during group fitness? I've seen a couple of these items at Amazon, claim that they help you sweat a lot more during aerobic, hiit or hot yoga, or even just regular weight lifting.

Anybody have one? Are they effective? Worth the $25 for it?

Edit: link for what i was looking at. https://www.amazon.com/gp/aw/d/B072KNFRXL/ref=mp_s_a_1_3?ie=UTF8&qid=1509983648&sr=8-3&pi=AC_SX236_SY340_QL65&keywords=waist+trainer+vest+for+men&dpPl=1&dpID=41h2SfVmfxL&ref=plSrch

I suffer like you, so I get it. You know those neoprene back brace/waist belts that some people advertise to “increase your sweat when working out?” They are GREAT. It wraps your whole midsection and traps heat and since your core/torso is warmer, your blood circulates a little better to those lifeless toes and fingers.

You can make them really snug so some movements can be a bit restricted but I’m so grateful for mine.

just an example

I have something more like this. And yes, it works.

I had a co-worker who bought a "sweat suit", and I don't mean like sweat pants but some funky track suit made out of what looked like a trash bag. I've seen these for sale at Meijer and can only imagine other stores would sell them as well.

Found it on Amazon

I... yeah. Trash bag might be cheaper.
