Best scandinavian music according to redditors

Some (audiophile) favourites - note that all recommendations are CD's, as this music deserves to be lossless

• John Coltrane: Blue Train
  
• Jaga Jazzist: A Livingroom Hush
  
  Three of these are by Norwegian artists, so might be somewhat unfamiliar to others. All albums are also vastly different from each other, and the John Coltrane one is probably the one closest to fitting into being "mainstream". All of them are worth having in lossless format.

Nordic folk/punk (a lot of which sounds like it could have come from Appalachia)

Astronomy Rock, including Astronomy Rock Radio, Starbirth music and The Orion Syndrome, neither of which is large enough to even have an apparent web presence.
