It does sync with Amazon Echo, just have to enable it. Link

After you enable the skill, you can goto the web app and enable which list you want Alexa to be able to access. I ended up deleting the default list that it created and just turned on Alexa for my grocery list and 'to do' list.

Coming soon! So long as the mods don't mind, I'll post when it is available. Web version and Amazon Alexa version are available now though!
