Not OP, but I used to drink generic, regular coffee with 2 creams, 2 sugars. After trying "better" coffee and playing around with the Keurig at work, you begin to appreciate the actual blends and boldness of coffees, whereas adding creamer and sugar actually ruined the taste(s) for me. Aka different blends, stronger roasts, etc etc.

These are what my wife and i drink during the week, then we save the good ones for the weekend. These are easily comparable to $.50ct per capsule ones online or $.60-.70ct in store ones. Of course they dont come close to the high end ones, but averaging 6-8 a day during the week adds up quickly!
FYI, you can buy delicious, cheap, completely biodegradable k cups on Amazon. There are also plenty of recyclable brands out there as well.

I can't be too jealous because I also found a Kuerig at my local Goodwill. It was 12 bucks and pretty much brand new. I think it's the Keurig B40 which only has two cup sizes, which is annoying since they're both small...

Of course, it's still more expensive than grinding and brewing your own coffee (which you can also do anyway with reusable K-Cups), but the convenience factor is what you're paying for.
Get your K-Cups from Amazon, you can get them pretty cheap and in bulk. Personally I like San Francisco Bay Coffee's Fog Chaser blend. Nice bold cup, plus it's fair trade and the k-cup is biodegradable.

You can also get a reusable keurig filter and fill it with your own coffee. You just have to not overstuff it, and wash it of course!

They look a bit different, but they work just as well as the other k-cups. The coffee is damn good too, for those that like a strong coffee, that's not bitter. I've had Fog Chaser and French Roast, and my wife and I both like them very much.
Consider the SF Bay Fog Chaser. It's the best kcup I found where the taste isn't so compromising, and is (supposedly) environmentally friendly!

I used the reusable K-cup thingie in my home Keurig, and it never worked right after that (we ended up replacing it shortly thereafter). I thought it was just bad timing, so I used it in our office one, and we had to buy a new office one then, too. I don't know why, but I had terrible luck with those.
I buy San Francisco Bay K-cups. I first saw them at Costco (which no longer sells them), loved them, and kept buying through Amazon. They are working towards 100% biodegradable packaging. Their K-cups don't have plastic on the bottom (just a plastic ring), and the bags that hold the K-cups I believe are compostable. Not sure about you, but I don't use a ton of shelf stable stuff anymore. I have a big row of mason jars up high full of probably rancid gluten free flours and sugars from my pre-keto days :p They look cool, though!
Besides the three you mentioned: maybe nuts? Is there anything you go through fast enough that it won't need to be in the fridge or in a smaller, airtight, opaque container? For oils or vinegar that you go through fast enough, you could get pretty glass bottles with pour spouts. Actually, some olive oils come in really pretty bottles already.
What about coffee? I buy small, soft k-cups that use less plastic, so we actually keep regular and decaf coffee in wide mouth mason jars by the keurig. (this brand; they also are sold at Costco: https://www.amazon.com/San-Francisco-Bay-Coffee-Compatible/dp/B007TGDXNO). Beans or ground coffee would be prettier than the cups, if you use that. If you aren't going through coffee pretty quickly, I don't recommend this, because gets stale.
There are more options if you're willing to do bigger jars than masons. Tea bags? I tried those in a wide mouth mason jar and they just don't fit very well. But a big wide canister with straight sides would hold tea bags pretty nicely if you either have enough of the same kind or don't mind digging through a jumble to find the flavor you're looking for.
Non-food things? Utensils? Measuring spoons? These would probably look best in the tall narrow jam jars (8 or 12oz) or the wide mouth pint or 1.5 pint jars. The straight sides look really nice.
Some friends of mine bought all Market Pantry (target store brand) canned goods. The label/branding is pretty simple, so it actually looked really clean and elegant when displayed on a bookshelf. If you use a lot of canned goods, this might be an option too and doesn't even require jars.

However, I was surprised to learn recently that there are companies like Ekocups making recyclable kcups. Mauds and other companies are doing it too. Others like San Francisco Bay make them bottomless so they don’t produce as much waste. Companies like GoJava offer services to make recycling easier (in Canada).
I do think they should all be recyclable, but as consumers we can also do a better job. We can be less lazy and have the right information. We can make the effort to participate in recycling programs (instead of just throwing stuff away). I know a lot of people don’t even realize Nespresso pods are recyclable and they’ll take them back from you for FREE. We also have to demand more from our local governments to ensure better recycling facilities and laws.

Yea they did. I got a mesh k cup with my keurig as a gift and it won't brew. That was actually the reason I wanted one. Now it barely gets used. There are a few that work with Nespresso. It dependsd if you want to go plastic or steel capsule. I prefer the steel cause I don't want plastic in my food. Plus, you'll eventually have to replace the plastic capsules, like coffeeduck (never tried them though)
For steel, I have tried Sealpod and Mycoffeestar. We use Sealpod because the crema's better. The steel pods cost more than plastic. And all the reusable ones are messy. Still saving money over the throw-aways.
