Here are some toys my male Syrian loves. He is pretty thin but a female could definitely fit.
Sleep 'n' Play Cheese - Hamster & Small Animal Toy https://www.amazon.com/dp/B008J2CRAC/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_api_i_92aGDbSKRXMN6
My male fits through this and Iâm pretty sure a female can too. https://www.wish.com/share/0981ggfbic
This I lean against his platform or anything really as long as it stays, and he will climb it. Just add a bendy bridge to the side as well in case they she doesnât like it, then she will still be able to get up. https://www.wish.com/share/1391ggfcgf
This coconut hut is one of his favorites and itâs okay for them to chew as well. https://www.wish.com/share/5346ggfcvc
Potty training for the bunnies: you may see their litter habits improve after a couple weeks of being home, and then see their litter box use decline greatly as they approach 4 months of age (yay, hormones). If you have males greater than 3 lbs, you should be able to neuter them at 4 months. For females and smaller rabbits, give it a couple more months. Litter habits should improve after surgery, but you may need to help them along. Collect all stray poops and and them in the litter box. Wipe up any out of litter box messes as quickly as you can. You can use white vinegar to deodorize the spot. Place the hay rack in the litter box, so they're poised to use the bathroom as they snack.
A water bowl will work fine. When you pick them up, ask if they've been drinking from a bowl or bottle. When they get home, make sure that they are drinking from the bowl. If they are accustomed to drinking from a bottle and are having difficulties making the switch to a bowl, you can put a bottle in until they've make the transition.
My rabbits love these woven balls. I'll pick up random wood chews whenever I go to the pet store. Sometimes I'll put their pellets in one of these treat balls to encourage foraging. Some cat jingle balls and some wooden parrot toys also wok well as rabbit toys. Hay stuffed toilet paper rolls make cheap DIY toys. You can fill a box with shredded paper and cut a hole in the box, so your bunnies can dig around in that.
Limit treats. Hold off on fruits and veggies until 3 months of age. Introduce new foods slowly and in small quantities to avoid an upset stomach.
If you weren't already planning for it, I'd recommend keeping your new young ones separated until they've both been neutered to avoid unwanted pregnancies and fighting.
I would suggest these.
[Niteangel Small Animal Activity Toy, Fun Pet Balls (Pack of 3)] (https://www.amazon.com/dp/B01N55KCBR/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_apa_i_uhiNDbY70RPBK)
You can get them at Walmart for about the same price. My rabbits love the seagrass ball and will spend several minutes chewing it. With two rabbits chewing it daily it lasts about 2 weeks. If your rabbit enjoys all 3 you should get a good amount of time out of them.

If you have any questions, please feel free. To mitigate confusion I felt just listing this as a reference first is the best approach. If you are looking for a new tank so that you can get friends, i would suggest 30 or more gallons and work towards that instead of investing into the current tank which would get changed.
Personally with the 5 i have i clearly see they need much more room than the 15 gallon they have now. I am in the process of acquiring an 85-120 gallon tank for permanency. These guys can live 20+ years with the proper care and environment. but not everyone has that freedom. 30 is a totally doable size for 3 crabs. they can grow to jumbos and be fine in there, but im sure if they reach that stage you'll be looking for another tank. Jumbos need at least 12" of substrate for molting.
My boy is picky too...looks like youâve tried a ton. All I can personally recommend are dried bamboo sticks. Like this , but who knows man, rabbits are particular in their tastes.
Does he eat hay okay? Wouldnât hurt to rule out a dental problem
This is the link to them, in case anyone was interested. Comes in a pack of 3, with cleaners! :)

On Amazon I found a little wood bridge for my hamster that he really likes. Well he chews on it at least:

I get all my fleece from JoAnn stores. They often have fleece at 50% off per yard, so you can buy it in bulk and use it as needed. Any large fabric store will have lots of fleece in stock (I just prefer JoAnn because that's the best one I have in the area I live in). I'm sure you know this already, but just in case, please don't use cedar or pine chips as bedding for your rats; it's harmful to them. You can use fleece or aspen chip bedding (but freeze the aspen for 48 hours prior to use to make sure it's free of parasites).
I buy many rat toys on Amazon, and make some myself. If you're buying any kind of wooden rat toy, do be aware that many of them are made from soft woods like pine and cedar, which are super bad for rat respiratory systems. Hardwood toys are usually safeâjust make sure it's not a combination wood that also has pine or cedar in it along with the hardwood. I personally do not buy wood toys on amazon, because the products often don't list what kind of wood they're made of. The only wood product I buy on Amazon is bags of untreated apple branch chewing sticks. I'll link you to some rat-safe toys and accessories I buy on amazon below! :)

Lixit Lbg-16 Glass Small Animal Bottle 16 Oz (16oz is always best for rats because of the bigger water spout. I've found that smaller bottles are a struggle for my boys to get water out of, so I only use the small ones for rat carriers/transporter cages. Tip: filtered water is best for rats, so if you can, get a Britta water filter.)

I buy Harlan Teklad (Envigo) food blocks for my rats, which is one of the top two for rats (the other is Oxbow Regal Rat). Harland Teklad is hard to find though, so I buy mine through this animal rescue:
http://weecompanions.org/healthy-food
If you get these blocks, freeze them to extend their shelf life, and take them out from the freezer as needed to fill your ratties' bowls. Harlan Teklad is great because they have several formulas for rats based on their age, which is super helpful for their health. Young rats up to 8 months usually eat Harlan Teklad 2016 (16% protein), and after 8 months they eat Harlan Teklad 2014 (14% protein).
Also, I don't have a link for this, but the best laundry detergents to use to wash your rats' cloth toys or bedding with is one that's non-scented and is sensitive on skins.
Um, if I think of anything else, I'll add it. But for now, it's already a ton. :P Enjoy!
(And feel free to message me if you have any questions!)
The cat scratches are great and here is one like the second one I linked - https://www.amazon.com/Small-Pet-Select-Wonderland-Table/dp/B0776XK3DN?ref_=bl_dp_s_web_7599570011
If you'd like I can share more ideas below including homemade.
I recently discovered this awesome thing and test it already ... yup, still awesome https://www.chewy.com/living-world-teach-n-treat-small/dp/131458
More suggestions below:
I have this one (https://www.amazon.com/Niteangel-Treat-Snack-Animals-Yellow/dp/B078Y8HQZC/ref=mp_s_a_1_7?keywords=ball+for+rabbit&qid=1572983479&sprefix=ball+for+ra&sr=8-7) And no he only pushes with his nose
I found my bunnies like these balls to roll around and chew on
Exact color is hard to find but try this or this or this
May not have the tennis ball inside.
This is, paws down, my rabbit's favorite toy: https://www.amazon.com/Kaytee-100079457-Nut-Knot-Knibbler/dp/B0002DJEYI/ref=sr_1_3?keywords=knot+nibbler&qid=1564278653&s=gateway&sr=8-3
She also enjoys wrecking this and yanking the sticks out of our hands if we dare to pick one up: https://www.amazon.com/Niteangel-Willow-Sticks-Rabbits-Chinchilla/dp/B07RJR1WBY/ref=sr_1_3?keywords=rabbit+willow+toy&qid=1564278621&s=gateway&sr=8-3
For home made toys she also loves it when we let her chew cardboard boxes and take the paper tube from toilet paper/paper towel and stuff them full of hay.
