I feel you sis. A few things that helps me keep grounded and not get lost in the spiral are:

a) washing my face and/or hands. It really puts me back in my body

b) keeping something smooth or cold like a stone in my pocket and just touching it

You are looking at either cutting your own matting to fit in a frame, or using something like a screw-down card holder for that job. Frame shops will cut the matting for you given measurements or you can DIY it with a matte cutter. You can buy any size frames at Wholesale Poster Frames - they have been good for me with the UV protection non-glossy coating.

I have recently purchased 2-BCW Shoe 2 Row Storage Boxes. I paired this with some Ultra Pro Card dividers. Right now I am using one box for corp and one box for Runner and I have all of one row filled only 1/4 of the other row filled. Lots of space still to grow.

You might have different needs than me. I have like 30 EDH decks. I wanted cheap deck boxes that would should the commander. I wanted them to be replaceable if I wanted and sturdy enough I wouldn't often want to.

This is not for people who want deck boxes as lovingly crafted as their decks or want completely indestructible boxes that are hermetically sealed. This will repel some water, like rain or a quickly cleaned spilled drink, but not protect again submersion.

I settled on BCW 100 count boxes with a hard toploader attached with packaging tape.

If you order each 100 at a go it will cost less than $1 per box. If you buy the stuff for one box, you might pay $2 for the box at an LGS and another dollar for the toploader. it might be worth it to buy a small pack of toploaders because they are randomly useful and I have never regretted having spares.

Add any clear packaging tape and have cheap deck boxes that show off the commander. I used Duck brand max strength ultra clear HD. No clue what my tape is doing with the extra HD pixels, but it is strong and I got it walmart for less than $5 and use it for anything that needs clear tape.

I do the same thing, except I use the 100-size for decks and the longer boxes for storage. They have the advantage of being roomier on the inside, I use KMC oversleeves (character guards) that cause decks to not fit in many standard-size cases.

Have you considered using something like these? Buy one for a few dollars, buy some dividers, you can split up everything.

A stretchy band could damage your cards. I'd suggest storing in a Ziploc bag or pick up a few of these cheap card deck boxes.
