Davis, G.H.; Reynolds, S.J.; Kluth C.F. (2011) "Structural Geology of Rocks and Regions, 3rd Edition" Wiley Press is what we use at university and it seems pretty great. There's an Amazon Review on there saying that some equations were incorrect; I just checked my copy and they're exactly the same as I would derive them, so I'm not sure if mine is different or if they're mistaken.
This is what I used it's a good book, but the binding is pretty terrible, but it really is a good structure book.
There is a good book about the Chesapeake impact crater called "Chesapeake Invader" by C. Wylie Poag. The crater was discovered due to wells being salty in in expected places at the southern tip of the Delmarva Penisnula. Also geologists would encounter hard rock and unusual structures (from seismic analysis) when looking for oil.

Field Geology Illustrated is great for field pictures with illustrations of phenomena.
Basic Methods of Structural Geology I've seen this book get some hate for having weird units and a few mistakes but it is a remarkably solid book for practice exercises. And it's illustrations are kind of the gold standard.
