May I suggest FH starts employing a little Aversion Therapy? Get one of these and one of these, and depending on if she is in the room or on the phone, every time she asks a question that has already been answered, treat it as the undesirable and inappropriate behavior choice that it is.
I agreed to let my neighbor’s 12 year old twin boys come swim in my pool this past weekend. At one point, I looked out my window and one of them was pretending my pool noodle was his gigantic penis and the other was humping an inflatable whale pool toy.
So yeah- that’s where I got my inspiration. My comment was complete fiction, but its probably close to what happened. Middle school boys never change.

I switched to a home birth midwife halfway thru. I actually talked to the CNM I was seeing at my drs office about this decision and she was supportive either way. I've kept a relationship with her even tho I'm primarily being treated by my home birth midwife and I even went in to see her at 36 weeks (for a positioning ultrasound). I'm on Kaiser... so maybe it's different, they will treat me regardless of whether I'm planning a homebirth or not, and even with a home birth there is still a chance of having to transfer to the hospital.
I guess it depends on your drs office, how they feel about you planning a home birth. If possible I'd suggest keeping a relationship open with them just in case you need to transfer and if you need any testing. It was easier for me to do testing thru Kaiser than thru an independent lab that my home birth midwife would have referred me to, and it's all covered by Kaiser if I go there.
Usually at a home birth you can eat during labor.

As the Admiral of the San Diego LPS fleet, I highly discourage the use of water balloons. Not only are they probably against the Park and Rec laws for most bodies of water, but they LOOK like litter even if they are technically "biodegradable" after some period of time. Additionally they will end up rubber-cementing to your boat decks in the sun, which will NOT make the rental companies or boat owners happy.
Instead I suggest arming yourself with these: Water Blaster brand, Stream Machine brand.
Use boogieboard for shields - at least one per boat. They have proven themselves invaluable repeatedly.
Regarding custom built cannons, one of our Captains has actually designed and built a few cannon prototypes, but so far it's been more effort and cost effective to order the ones linked above. Note: The Waterblaster cannons are more reliable, more accurate, more serviceable, and considerably harder to break than the Stream Machine brand, although they have a slightly smaller capacity.

It's a Water Weenie, and it seems they've since received some enhancements.
Get a water balloon launcher like this. You'll need 2 other people and a few tennis balls. Duct tape string to a ball and see if you can loop it around the quad. If that doesn't work, try to hit the quad with the tennis balls. My buddies and I did this when mine got stuck in a tree. After an hour or so, we got it back down.

Personally with that budget, I'd buy everyone water pistols, a 12-ft beach ball, rent out all the quadcycles you need and bike to a beach and have a kick-ass beach picnic party with concealed booze and have dinner delivered.
Fuck yeah, I'm gonna do that for my birthday now.

Let me begin by saying I really love ducks, so I offer the following as a suggestion. This is based purely on the idea that I want your ducks to be happy. That being said, you really need to get something for them to float/swim in. Ducks are not meant to spend their lives on their feet on land. Left to their own devices, wild ducks will spend a majority of their time floating in water where their weight is dispersed evenly. You need to get one of these:

This will give them some water deep enough to dive in which is the proper exercise they need to stay healthy. You can also use this as a way to feed them live minnows or gold feeder fish. This is really good for them as is it adds protein and omega 3 fatty acids to their diet but its also conducive to good healthy exercise. Even if we assume that these ducks are going to just be egg layers or food, you still want to foster a healthy environment for them. In addition to being a licensed and trained rehab tech for water foul in California, I'm also a formally trained chef. I can tell you that the life quality in general of the animal is directly proportionate to its food value. This is why Kobe beef costs a fortune, their not going through all those labor intensive motions for nothing.
