This Amazon listing has a few similar patterns, but nothing identical. I tried searching “floral handkerchief” with kimono and robe and couldn’t find the exact pattern but a lot of the same style. The closest results I found were by searching “patchwork kimono.”
You might consider a Rash guard. It may not be optimal, but if you still want to go, hey...
Also consider maybe not going, since they're not playing along. Or even just shaving your legs anyway? Not sure.

I watched a video that was posted on here a couple weeks ago about how it’s a sin or the bear occasion of sin to go to a public pool or beach. But maybe if TRad women wear appropriate swimwear and decide to go to a public swimming area, we could be an example to other women. :)

Additionally you may look into buying a sun shirt. They come in all kinds of colors and you can get long, elbow-length or short sleeves depending on your preference. Plus they double as an excellent sunblock so you won't get burned across your shoulders or stomach.
