https://oregonrainsoap.com/lilac-8-oz-moisturizing-lotion/ I hardcore recommend this lotion for minimizing scars! I had a lot of raised, red, and "ugly" scars and when I used this lotion twice a day every day it made a HUGE difference. Idk how expensive it would be to get it too Australia but I'd look into any lotion with vitamin e (or even just straight vitamin e ointments like this https://www.amazon.com/Basic-Organics-Natural-Vitamin-Ointment/dp/B000GG0NHS/ref=sr_1_5?crid=XYP13W8OK5J3&keywords=vitamin+e+ointment&qid=1569764986&sprefix=vitamin+e+ointment%2Caps%2C172&sr=8-5)

I'm sorry that guy made you feel uncomfortable :( some people have no fucking manners

> Compared with controls, mice receiving the EVOO-rich diet had an amelioration of their behavioral deficits, and a significant increase in the steady state levels of synaptophysin, a protein marker of synaptic integrity. In addition, they had a significant reduction in insoluble Aβ peptide levels and deposition, lower amount of phosphorylated tau protein at specific epitopes, which were secondary to an activation of cell autophagy.

> our findings support a beneficial effect of EVOO consumption on all major features of the AD phenotype (behavioral deficits, synaptic pathology, Aβ and tau neuropathology), and demonstrate that autophagy activation is the mechanism underlying these biological actions.

I live in the US so I just buy it off Amazon.

I also have KP and have been picking since I was about 10 (15 years now...). Here are a few products that have helped both the KP on my arms and scars/acne on my face:

Didn't realize that about the DHA/EPA. I end up taking it in the form of fish oil anyways, just heavier on the DHA than the EPA. Two of the Now DHA capsules every day. I'm also stacking so many antioxidants, such as the Vitamin E, grape seed extract, Na-R-ALA, NAC, etc...was taking Astaxanthin 12mg daily at one point, now just Vitamin A as beta carotene.
