The case is 24mm, and it takes a 12mm strap. The one that comes with it would probably work for a toddler, but it was too big for my daughter. I also ordered a nylon nato strap to try out, I'll see if I can cut it down and add a hole if necessary, though I kinda like the look of the ribbon.

Shoes are really personal -- I prefer shoes by Merrell, but Clarks have been good to me too. I've tried others that have gotten good reviews by people I know (Dansko, Sketchers, Crocs) and they've been horrible for my energy and/or comfort.
For a watch, I recommend (and wear) a child's Timex (like this one, or this one) -- easy to read, a sweep second hand, a stretch band that's easy to wash, and waterproof.

I supposedly have tiny wrists, so I like to wear kids' watches. I like to wear my watches on my right arm, but that got annoying, being in school and having to write with a watch on my arm, so I stopped wearing it for a while.
Could I recommend one from the princess collection ? Or perhaps this one with luminous hands for easier closet reading.
