A 10-metre (11 yards) length of recycled sari silk ribbon in it’s beautiful undyed natural ecru colourway. The ribbon is a by-product from the manufacture of sari silk; the strips of fabric are tied or sewn together by women’s cooperatives in India. i have handdyed these ribbon yarns in various colourways here in Cornwall, England. Due to the handmade and handdyed nature of the ribbon yarn each pack may differ, and will contain raw edges, knots and seams, and varying widths of ribbon (approx 3mm to 30mm if ironed flat) along its length. The ribbon is packaged in a resealable plastic bag, as shown in the last picture, enabling you to store it easily until required.
