The Bexley Coat is a classic 18th century style gentleman’s coat. The front panels sweep in an elegant curved shaping across the chest. One side of the front is trimmed with buttons, the other with non functional buttonhole details. The back of the coat is fitted to the waist then falls into deep pleats to give a wonderful fullness and ‘swish’ to the garment. The coat is professionally tailored and fully lined. The standard coat is available in an authentic black or brown Moleskin fabric (Moleskin is a heavy cotton fabric, woven and then sheared to create a short, soft pile on one side.
