Designed for people who like diving, flying and living adventures. The first watch that combines air and water in a single emotion.

Antikythera FLYREB is born from the communion of two distant activities but both need great care! The sky and the water – is born for pilots and divers. FLYREB combines two words FLY like flying and REB as rebreather a special dive equipment for technical divers.

The Antikythera name comes from a Greek island where in October of 1900 a sunken wreck was found. The date of the wreck dates back in about 50 BC. Within this wreck was found an object that only in 1952 was understood to be an incredible and complex mechanism to become one of the 10 most mysterious objects in the world.

Every detail of the ANTIKYTHER FLYREB project started with a series of hand-drawn sketches. We found the solution to define the rule for divers. We focused on simplifying all the complexity of the product, giving a clean and modern look that is now the core of the ANTIKYTHERA brand. After getting feedback on our concepts from a number of designers and business associates (people we knew would be interested in our product), our designs went through various revisions and were optimized so that they could be converted into drawings CAD.

The Making of ANTIKYTHERA

We have chosen a manufacturing company based in Northern Italy, the choice is made based on its experience, it is now a historic company in the design and realization of watches for over 50 years, so great professionalism and reliability. Another very important detail to ensure a complete and complete cycle of the project is that the company is equipped to handle large production lines. Another not uncommon fact is that the company headquarters are just 25 kilometers from our studio so this proximity was important because it allowed us to oversee the production of the Antikythera watch product line.
