To use, knead a small quantity of fondant or gum paste till clean, mud with cornstarch, then press it into the mould (don’t mud the mould itself, as it will end in a lack of element). Pop the moulded fondant or gum paste out by gently holding the mould together with your thumbs on prime and fingers on the underside of the mould and flexing it out and up. For deep or highly-detailed moulds, place the crammed mould into the fridge or freezer for 15 – 30 minutes to permit the fondant or gum paste to set agency and to make for straightforward de-moulding
