This lovely little bumble bee is worked in Appletons crewel wools on linen and is ideal for beginners or those new to the crewelwork technique. Finished embroidery size is 3 inches across. Your kit includes linen with the design screen printed on to it, backing fabric, embroidery wool, crewel needle, hexagon mount card and comprehensive instructions (including how to finish off your piece and mount it around the mountcard provided). You will also need some ordinary sewing thread to mount the fabric around the board (a curved needle is useful for this but not essential!).
