Chunky knit merino wool blanket chunky knit throw giant

Curl up in this warm and cozy blanket, hand knit with the softest giant merino wool roving. Each stitch is around 4 inches tall and the blanket is about 2 inches thick, so it brings drama to your decor while providing extra warmth. Size: The standard throw size is 30×50 inches, but i offer other sizes as well, including a mini size that works well for a baby play mat or a photo background (see last photo). The dimensions of these blankets are very approximate, as the looseness of the stitches makes them stretch a lot in either direction, depending on how you’re holding the blanket. i am giving you the dimensions laid flat on a table. If anything, they get bigger when you handle them. If you are interested in a custom size, please message me for an estimate. Color: The undyed wool is a light cream color. The other colors are shown in the color swatch on the last photo – please select one when you check out. The unicorn yarn is a blend of colors, which you can see in one of the photos. If you would like a custom color, please contact me as i can probably get it. There may be an additional cost. Care: Hand wash cold with a wool-friendly cleanser/lay flat to dry or dry clean. Unfortunately you cannot just toss these blankets in the washing machine. The pure wool will felt and ruin the blanket. If you like, i can include some tips on caring for these blankets, including how to lightly felt your blanket to prevent fuzzing.
