What if your dog is carried away?
With it’s large spiked collar and Kevlar® material the CoyoteVest is designed to protect your dog during a surprise attack. But there is still one serious threat: The coyote may pick up your dog and try to run away with it.
To prevent this nightmare scenario we developed the CoyoteZapper. This radio controlled device gives you the power to push a button and force the coyote to drop your dog right now.
The newest trick in the book!

The CoyoteZapper utilizes a dog training collar capable of delivering a painful shock. But instead of shocking your dog in the neck, it shocks the coyote in the mouth.
It works by attaching two strips of highly conductive fabric along the length of the CoyoteVest and connecting them to the shock module. These Zapper Strips are attached to either side of the CoyoteVest in such a way that it is practically impossible for a larger dog to pick up your small dog without his mouth touching both of them at the same time. If you push the button on the remote to activate the shock module the voltage will be directed though the Zapper Strips directly into the mouth of the attacker. The shock is harmless, but painful enough to make the attacker let go.

The Zapper strips are available with or without spikes. Even though the spikes are made from hard plastic, the chrome plating on the surface conducts electricity quite well.
Stop an attack with a CoyoteZapper™

The conductive fabric Zapper Strips are attached to the CoyoteVest with Velcro making them easily removable. We provide a special Velcro collar that carries the shock module and completely insulates your dog from the electricity. The collar is very easy to put on with two metal snaps and has internal wiring that connects the shock module to the Zapper Strips.

Dog training collars have been around for a long time and the current technology is very good. The system we use has a small remote with a 300m range that can control one or two different shock modules simultaneously. Both the remote and the shock module are rechargeable with the included USB charger. You can adjust the intensity of the shock module from 1 to 100. This allows you to use a lower power setting when you need to gently teach a larger dog that biting your small dog is unacceptable.

Probably the coyote threat is low or none in some areas, but a cool hoodie for your dog is always a good choice. Check out the Adventure Zip Up Red Hoodie.
