Crosley 1936 Bluebird Replica Radio

The Bluebird radio, designed in 1936, remains one of the most celebrated art deco radios ever produced. Now Crosley pays faithful tribute to the original with its CR37, which incorporates an AM/FM tuner and cassette deck into an industrially styled, cobalt blue body. The Bluebird’s housing is distinguished by its round, tinted mirror, which not only catches the eye but is sloped at a slight angle for intrigue.

Adding to the aesthetic are the chrome bar accents–both straight and circular–and a vintage illuminated tuning dial in the center. The most important touch, however, is the hardwood material, which permits the ultimate in resonance for both AM and FM reception. A nice addition to a bed stand, kitchen counter, or living room shelf, the hand-engineered and -crafted CR37 Bluebird radio/cassette player offers a refreshing alternative to lifeless modern table radios.

The CR37 measures 14 by 14 by 7.5 inches (W x H x D) and is backed by a 90-day warranty.
