Geography for geometry fans. The Geografia Air & Ocean Twistable Globe is another great designer globe from Geografia. This one can become eight separate cubes, thus giving us a whole new twist (literally!) on what shape a “globe” should be. Depending on whether you want to travel by sea or plane, you can inverse the cube globe so that it shows different sides. As always with Geografia’s globes, the attention to detail here is superb, with the paper printed with flight paths and the distances between major world destinations. London to Tokyo? Moscow to Tokyo? Beijing to Paris? Learn how many kilometers separate the great cities with the Air & Ocean globe. And you can learn history too, since the cubes include the routes of the ocean-crossing voyages of the old explorers, such as Magellan. If you kid is passionate about electronics, then the Maxitronix is the one to have.

The Geografia Air & Ocean Twistable Globe features:

Made of paper, it measures 10 x 10 x 10cm (3.9 x 3.9 x 3.9″)
Instructions are in Japanese only (but easy!)
