This wood wall art is made to order and has a 3-4 week lead time before shipping. Each piece of art is handmade one at a time with real wood and will have slight variations. i will send photos for your approval before i ship it out. You can choose a size under the tab labeled “Dimensions”. If you do not see a size you like, you can request a custom size and i will get you a quote. This artwork is constructed from a variety of reclaimed wood from old furniture, barnwood, pallets, and any scrap wood worth salvaging. Each art piece is loaded with character consisting of multiple species of wood hand selected for a combination of age and texture. The individual pieces are cut into different sizes and thicknesses to add artistic flare and dimension. Various finishes including painting, staining, and other techniques are then applied to select pieces to make sure that every single piece is unique with character. All hard edges are hand sanded to soften and give a finished look. a plywood backer is framed with a real wood edge and then each piece is glued on. Each art piece then has two thin coats of low voc water base sealer applied to preserve the beauty of the wood. Artwork comes ready to hang.
