Liquid Marbling Gall is used in my marbling process to help spread paint across the bath or size and allow the creation of rich, intricate patterns in vibrant colors. It can be used to achieve special effects, making your marbling designs even more unique. Marbling Gall is very standard marbling item and is integral to my success and yours too when you follow my process! 2.5 fl. oz. Included is my instruction sheet telling how to use the product with acrylic-based marbling paint. For best results, use with other MarblingSupplies.com products. Photos 1,2, and 3 show the product in its 2.5 fl. oz. dropper bottle. Photo 4 shows my home-mixed marbling paints spreading easily across the size with the proper use of this product, and #5 shows a finished marbled paper. The procedure is the same for use with fabric and other natural, porous surfaces. Historically and traditionally, ox gall is made from bile extracted from the gall bladder of a bovine. This product, however, is synthetic; formulated to work very well with acrylic-based marbling paint. It is the same product, tried and true, used in my marbling studio for production and teaching. It is best described as a mild detergent. Kept cool, it stores well for years. Curious about the marbling process? For my videos, please search “Heidi Finley Marbling” on Youtube or enter:
