Merscythe: An Interactive Storybook For Learning Python

Merscythe: Adventures with the Codue is an educational product for learning the Python programming language. It is designed as an interactive story-based game with audio- and text-based tutorials, practice exercises, and story chapters. To advance to the next chapter, the learner has to unlock it by solving a programming problem that is related to the story. The tutorials and practice exercises are designed to teach programming and build confidence as the learner progresses through the chapters. In addition, our product is designed for accessibility. There is a lack of training materials designed to teach programming to people who are blind or visually impaired. Our product contains audio-based learning materials and is designed for accessibility.
