What nonsense. The hotter the evaporative (outdoor) side of the A/C the cooler the air will be on the condensing (indoor) side of the A/C. This is a good way to pay a premium in order to double your electric bill and probably damage your evaporator unit. If there were tricks like this to make A/Cs uber-efficient, the manufacturers would all be using them standard. You can’t trick basic thermodynamics.
