Manufactured in Wisconsin, pre-seasoned by hand with USDA certified organic flax seed oil, ready to cook on. Food volume inside the pan is approximately 2.5 cups. Cast iron works fantastically on induction cook tops, gas burners, electric burner, over direct flame, in the oven, and on top of glass cooktop surfaces. Yep, pretty much everywhere but the microwave.
