“Lavender Patchouli Soap” This is a very sweet scented Soap, i love how this Soap came out. i used All Natural Organic Herbs; Sweet Marjoram and Sweet Basil to color this soap. The soaps i make are all Organic and All Natural, i don’t use any synthetic ingredients, no chemicals, no artificial colorants. i do enjoy using herbs in my soaps so you will notice that i have a few herbal soaps beside this one. i have a kitchen herb garden, right now i am growing Sweet Marjoram and Sweet Basil, which are harvested every few weeks and air dried. In this Soap the base oils “All Organic”I used are Olive Oil, Coconut Oil, and Palm Fruit Oil,& Castor Oil & Sweet Almond Oil. My suppliers are held to strict standards, here is excerpt of their policies. ” We will only support palm oil programs which adhere to strict environmental sustainability programs. As is our standard, the harvester and manufacturer of the palm oil we offer adheres to highly detailed sustainable harvesting protocols with oversight from state and third party environmental programs including EcoSocial, and with the assistance of the Roundtable for Sustainable Palm Oil.” In this Soap i also used Organic Pure Essential Oils Of Lavender, Patchouli, and Rosemary. For the Natural colorant along with the Sweet Marjoram and the Sweet Basil that i previously mentioned, i included Spirulina Powder. Colors vary slightly with new batches. All my soaps that i make are all organic except of course the lye which i use only food grade lye for the soap and in the finished and fully cured bars of soap there is no more lye in the bars, i allow my soaps to cure at least 4-6 weeks before using, gifting, or selling them. i have a special curing rack that i have for all my soaps. This bar comes with your choice with burlap & twine or burlap and ribbon also for an additional price you can get a handmade Gift bag which will come with the soap wrapped in burlap and twine and a tag and it will come inside a handmade card stock gift bag with a ribbon an an extra tag, these bags will come out in the different seasons of the year such as Valentines Day, Easter, Mothers Day, Fall, & Christmas.
