Place the decal and transfer paper onto the shoe surface the decal is to be applied to. Rub using finger or credit card to burnish the decal onto the shoe. Remove the transfer paper leaving the decal behind on the shoe. If the decal does not stay on the surface simply replace the transfer paper and rub again before removing.
